Lucy is a Brat & Sharon Newman Broadcasts It

Cameron made her do it… Lucy Romalotti is an irresponsible brat & Sharon Newman is making damn sure everyone in Genoa City on Young & the Restless knows.

Wherever Sharon Goes Cameron Goes on Y&R

Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashbey) although dead is doing everything in his power to press Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) on her angst for Daniel Romalotti (Mike Graziadei) & his family, including Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). Young & the Restless fans haven’t seen Daniel’s apartment for weeks. It was a good thing Sharon “left her purse at Memorial” & had a chance to stop by Daniel’s with her make-believe friend Cameron for a nice little visit. Sharon Newman laid into Daniel & Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) exactly how they deserved with Cameron’s oversight.

Genoa City’s Least Favorite Parents: Daniel & Heather

Perhaps it’s because Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) isn’t Heather’s biological daughter. Or, perhaps, it’s that Daniel & Heather have never made sense as a couple on Young & the Restless. Most likely it’s because Daniel & Heather are simply sub-par parents.

Lucy has been walking all over both of her parents since she & Heather returned to Genoa City after living in Portugal. In fact, Lucy’s manipulation is in large part the reason Daniel & Heather found their way back to one another when Daniel was still dating Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).

Lucy Lies, & Then She Lies Again, & Over & Over…

No, Lucy did not go to that pool party with Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster), but she did take a ride share home from wherever she was hanging out. Daniel called Lucy on her lie but didn’t register the lie as a red flag in his mind as a parenting opportunity. Speaking of using a rideshare, why didn’t Lucy decide to use a rideshare after she stole a bottle of vodka from a local bar conveniently not that far away from Chancellor Park to get home instead of calling Faith for a ride? Faith had just had a tough conversation with Lucy letting her know that being close friends is not working out in light of their age gap. Faith called for distance from Lucy & Lucy called her for a ride. Sure, Lucy was drunk, but that is what ride shares are for.

Cameron Kirsten Isn’t Going Anywhere, But Someone Is…

Sharon Newman is still off of meds & there’s no “on again” with them in sight which means her imaginary friend Cameron Kirsten isn’t going anywhere. With Cameron’s support & unlimited egging on, the entire Romalotti family has targets on their backs including Daniel, Heather, Lucy, & now even Phyllis. Phyllis Summers is going to need a much bigger teddy bear than the one she gave Faith at Memorial to protect herself from what Sharon has headed her way.

Implications for the Romalotti Family

As Sharon continues to broadcast Lucy’s bratty behavior and target the Romalotti family, what will be the consequences for Daniel, Heather, Lucy, and even Phyllis? Stay tuned to see how this drama unfolds in Genoa City.

Yes I agree with you and your assessment of Lucy and her parents disfunction and I also agree with Sharon telling them as much and that they are not really going far enough to turn Lucy around
