Nick Newman Drags Himself to Cane’s Train Car to Save His Family
Okay, Young and the Restless fans, Nick Newman is OUT HERE on crutches fresh from surgery trying to save his family’s empire, and Phyllis Summers basically tells him to kick rocks! Nick is WAITING in Cane’s office when Phyllis and Cane walk in, and he immediately demands to know what justification they have for destroying his family.
Phyllis doesn’t even flinch. She tells Nick it’s “just business” and that she and Cane have decided to keep Victor’s portrait and use it as a DARTBOARD! Nick fires back that she’s delusional and his family will crush them both! He reminds Phyllis about the last time she apologized to Summer, when she faked her own DEATH and it took Summer forever to forgive her. He swears he’ll tell Summer everything Phyllis has done!
Phyllis says she needed someone who saw her potential. Doors have been slammed in her face, and she needed this win! Nick begs her to think about Noah, Christian, and Faith. Is she so blinded by greed that she’ll go through life without family or friends? Phyllis snickers and says she doesn’t HAVE any friends.
Lauren and Michael are fairweather friends, and she’s decided that success will be her only friend! When Nick asks her to end this for his kids, Phyllis says “There’s no way in hell.” Nick Newman warns her he’ll grind her AND Cane to dust, and he’ll ENJOY it. Then he limps out on his crutches like an absolute WARRIOR!

Cane Ashby Offers Billy Abbott Chancellor Industries for FREE
While Nick Newman was confronting Phyllis, Young and the Restless shows Cane slipped out for a secret midnight meeting at Crimson Lights with BILLY ABBOTT! Billy admits he’s jealous that he wasn’t the one to take Victor down and asks how they did it. Cane grins and confirms the AI is infiltrating all Newman entities, and Chancellor Industries will soon be in his possession. Then he drops the bomb: does Billy still want it?
Billy can’t believe it! He just committed to Sally and Abbott Communications. But Cane says this is a peace offering with NO strings attached. Billy never got a chance to show what he could do with Chancellor, and Cane wants to give him that opportunity. Billy says he needs time to think, which shocks Cane. Chancellor is RIGHT THERE for the taking!
Billy asks if Cane is still going after Chancellor even if he says no. Cane shrugs and says it’s part of the package. EVERY single Newman entity will be under his control. Billy raises an eyebrow and asks, “And Phyllis’s?” Cane grins and says “Yeah sure.” INTERESTING response there, Cane! These two shake hands, and guess who walks in at that EXACT moment? SALLY SPECTRA!
Sally Spectra Catches Billy in Another Lie
Earlier that night, Sally woke up to find Billy gone with a note saying he went for a “run.” She met up with Audra at Society to vent about not being able to trust Billy. Audra tells her Billy loves her but he’s also a guy who thinks it’s better to ask for forgiveness than permission. Sally hates that she’s constantly waiting for a “gotcha moment” from Billy!
Well, Sally FOUND her gotcha moment! She walks into Crimson Lights and sees Billy and Cane looking VERY cozy on the patio. When Billy tries to play it cool and suggests they talk tomorrow, Sally shuts that DOWN. She takes a seat and demands to know why he lied about going on a run and why he met with Cane. The handshake was a DEAD GIVEAWAY!
Billy finally admits the truth: Cane offered him Chancellor, free and clear! Sally’s face says it ALL. This man promised her he was done obsessing over revenge and Chancellor, and here he is making secret midnight deals! The fallout from this is going to be MASSIVE!
Phyllis Summers Refuses to Back Down Despite Nick’s Warning
When Cane returns to the train car, Phyllis tells him Nick got to her a bit. Nick warned her that Summer would be disgusted and never want anything to do with her again. Cane asks if she wants to back out, because he needs her 100%.
Phyllis says she’s not that fragile! But Cane pushes harder, admitting that losing his kids has given him perspective. If she wants to sacrifice this venture for her relationship with Summer, he’ll understand. Phyllis shakes her head. She’s in this until the END! The Newmans don’t scare her, and the fact that they think they do makes her MORE determined to burn them to the ground!
Back at Newman Ranch, Nick collapses on the sofa and calls Summer. He tells her Noah is home and doing well, but there’s something important going on that she needs to know about. What is Nick going to tell her about her mother?!
Nick’s calling Summer, Sally caught Billy red-handed, and Phyllis wants to burn the Newmans to the ground! This is getting SO messy! Sound off below Young and the Restless fans!
