The Bold and the Beautiful
Who Needs Hope Anyway? What B&B Fans Actually Want Is For Steffy Forrester To Land At Logan and REALLY Stick It To Brooke!
If Ridge picks Brooke on Bold and the Beautiful, Steffy Forrester could defect to Logan and hand Katie the Forrester win she has waited forty years for.
KATIE LOGAN IS ONE STEFFY FORRESTER DEFECTION FROM WINNING
TL;DR: If Ridge eventually does pick Brooke and Eric folds onย Bold and the Beautiful, Steffy loses her Co-CEO title. The unhinged theory: she walks across town to Logan and sides with Katie Logan against her own family. Katie has been waiting forty years for a win this big. Steffy could hand it to her wrapped in a bow.
The Day After Steffy Gets Pushed Out of Her Own Company
Picture the day after.
Ridge Forrester finally caves and crowns Brooke Logan Co-CEO of Forrester Creations on Bold and the Beautiful. Eric Forrester folds and seconds the vote. Steffy Forrester sits in her office, demoted, watching her stepmother do laps around the corner office she earned. Brooke spends a week being insufferable. Hope spends a week being insufferable on Brooke’s behalf. And Steffy, the only Forrester woman who has ever actually run the company, decides she is done.
She does not call HR. She does not call her lawyer. She gets in her car and drives across town to Logan.
Katie Logan is going to lose her mind.

Katie Has Been Waiting Forty Years for a Forrester Win This Big
Let us recap what Katie has been carrying for most of her adult life. Brooke has been the family star since the credits rolled on the Reagan administration. Brooke has had Ridge, the magazine covers, the family power, the heritage marriage. Katie has had a string of relationships, a stint as Forrester CEO that was treated like a vacation, and the title of Brooke’s quieter, calmer sister. Katie has watched her older sister win for forty years.
And Katie has been telling everyone who will listen for forty years that she is not okay with it.
Today she sat at Logan with Bill Spencer and worried out loud about what Brooke’s promotion would do to her relationship with her sister. She was being polite. Katie’s actual position is that her sister has been taking from her since they were children and Katie has been quietly running out of patience. The day Steffy walks through her Logan front door, Katie’s patience converts into capital.
Steffy Brings With Her Everything Brooke Does Not Have
This is where the math gets fun. Steffy is the executive who has done the job. She has the relationships. She has the brand. She has the operational instincts and the international contacts and the actual ability to run a fashion company. Brooke has thirty years of magazine appearances and a husband who folds.
If Steffy walks across town, Logan does not get a defector. Logan gets a CEO with a fully built rolodex and a personal vendetta. She brings her contracts. She brings her social media presence. She brings the Forrester audience that follows her, not the title. And she brings the one thing Katie has been desperate for since she opened the Logan doors: legitimacy.
The minute Steffy is in a press release with Katie Logan’s name on it, Forrester Creations is no longer the only luxury fashion player on the block.
Brooke’s Meltdown Will Be Heard From the Hills
Brooke is going to find out the way she always finds out. Hope is going to call her from her own office at Forrester crying, because she will have lost Steffy AND her credibility in the same week. Brooke is going to drive to Logan in heels. Brooke is going to demand to speak to her sister. Katie is going to come to the door. And Katie is going to say the words she has rehearsed in her head since 1987.
She is going to say no.
Steffy is going to walk past her into the conference room with a coffee. Bill is going to wave from his office. Brooke is going to stand on the Logan front step looking at the Forrester she lost on her first day as Co-CEO. The title she campaigned for, the title she manipulated her husband for, the title she got Hope to help her steal, is suddenly worth a lot less than it was Wednesday afternoon.
What This Does to the Forrester Empire
Steffy walking would not only hurt Forrester. It would split the family in public, on social media, in WWD, and on every entertainment news outlet that picks up the story. The Forrester brand is built on family. Steffy was the family. The minute she is on a Logan press release, the brand cracks.
Hope Logan defecting to Logan would be a side story. Steffy defecting is a national emergency. And the woman holding the door open for her, with a smile that has been forty years in the making, is Katie Logan.
Bring the popcorn. Katie Logan has been a Logan sister her whole life. The week Steffy Forrester walks through her front door, she becomes the Logan sister who finally won.
Would Steffy actually walk across town to side with Katie, or is the Forrester pull too strong even after this? Drop your verdict in the comments on our Facebook page.

I would be up for this right now, if they would just do it. I wrote this whole thing out over at another site just last week. I am totally ready for Steffy to stomp all over Eric, Ridge and Brooke. She needs to remind them why she was CEO at Forester and why Brooke was not. Hell Yeah, I am ready for it, but I don’t think that Brad Bell is. He doesn’t know how to write this kind of stuff. Right now he trying to write it to look like that old hag Brooke is a big victim of big bad Steffy. Oh, please.
