TODAY ON DAYTIME – Tuesday, October 13 Spoilers: Ultimatums Fly, Hot Seats Heat Up, and One Flirtation Takes a Very Sharp Turn

SPOILERS ISSUE DEMANDS, RAISE THE HEAT, AND TWIST A FLIRTATION

Tuesday’s spoilers bring a long-overdue confrontation and a grilling to Days of Our Lives, new plans and a new rival to General Hospital, anxious waiting and a flirtation gone sideways to Beyond the Gates, hard truths and an unexpected visitor to Young and the Restless, and one very firm ultimatum to Bold and the Beautiful. Here’s what’s coming.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers

Chad DiMera marches up to EJ DiMera for a confrontation that has been brewing for a very long time. EJ has spent ages smiling his way through other people’s accusations, but Chad is family, and family always knows exactly where to press. Whether this ends in a truce or a shouting match is one of those spoilers best enjoyed with popcorn.

Marlena Evans puts Cat Greene in the hot seat, and Marlena has been chasing answers like a woman who ran out of patience and got very organized about it. Cat has made an art form of saying very little with enormous confidence, so this standoff could go either way. The only certainty is that somebody blinks.

After faux mold, a suspiciously flooded laundry room, and a cage of very friendly rats, Xander Kiriakis and Philip Kiriakis make one last effort to rescue the family house. Elsewhere, Roman Brady plans a sweet romantic gesture for Kate Roberts, which is either exactly what she needs or a lovely distraction from everything slipping away. With that house on the line, we’re betting on both.

Do you think Chad finally gets a straight answer out of EJ? Send your wildest theories to amber@soapoperamagazine.com, because we read every single one.

General Hospital Spoilers

Carly Spencer surprises Valentin Cassadine, and with their history, “surprise” could mean anything from a thoughtful gesture to a full-blown bombshell. A visit from Carly is never a casual drop-in, so Valentin would be wise to put down his coffee. It is the kind of knock on the door that changes the weather.

Drew Cain lays out a plan, which is a sentence that has never once ended well for anyone in Port Charles. Meanwhile, Sonny Corinthos targets a new rival, a curious hobby for a man who keeps insisting he has left all that behind. Somebody is about to find out how sincere that retirement really is.

Dante Falconeri encourages Lulu Spencer, which is sweet, while Liz Baldwin wants answers, which is considerably less sweet and a lot more dangerous for somebody. When a nurse who has seen everything starts asking questions, people should start rehearsing their stories.

Beyond the Gates Spoilers

Martin Richardson waits on news that could change everything, and Smitty waits too, only his version of waiting comes with a heavy side of shame. Two men in one household, one clock, and dread that could curdle the coffee. Marriages survive a great deal, but suspense is a stern test.

Nicole Dupree Richardson does a complete about-face with Ted Richardson, a striking change of tone from her last conversation with him. Samantha Richardson challenges Tyrell Richardson, and Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne shuts down Jacob Hawthorne with the cool precision of a woman who bills by the hour.

Ashley Morgan steps in when Shanice Johnson is overwhelmed, because that’s what friends do when the schedule, the nerves, and the big plans pile up at once. And Carlton Fitzgerald’s dalliance with Heather Armstrong takes a sharp turn, which, given Heather’s talent for chaos, means “sharp” is doing a lot of heavy lifting.

Young and the Restless Spoilers

Victor Newman holds Nick Newman accountable for his actions, and Nick has been carrying far more than he has admitted to anyone. Expect the conversation to be about as relaxed as a board meeting in a hurricane. Fathers and sons rarely avoid the hard stuff for long.

Nate Hastings counsels Lily Winters, who has been waiting on answers that stubbornly refuse to arrive. A steady voice goes a long way when the waiting is the cruelest part. Billy Abbott and Cane Ashby find common ground, which for two men who have treated each other like a recurring injury is a minor miracle.

Sharon Newman receives an unexpected guest, and the word “unexpected” has rarely sounded so ominous in that cottage. Somebody should check the locks.

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers

Zende Forrester Dominguez gives Ridge Forrester an ultimatum, and after being told he’s family while being treated like staff, Zende has clearly decided to stop asking and start demanding. Ridge is not a man who enjoys being handed terms. Something is going to give, and it won’t be the designer’s resolve.

Hope Logan is concerned about her next Logan line, with a brand to build and a gap in the design room where the old magic used to live. Fashion waits for no one, and neither does a deadline.
