Beyond the Gates Spoiler: What Martin Did…& it Isn’t That Bad

Beyond the Gates fans can settle on down… Martin Richardson did something bad, but not that bad, or else the show would fold & this soap opera is just getting started. 

Too many men on both sides of the gates are involved. So, will what Martin did be as big of a let down as Young & the Restless fans just suffered on CBS Daytime?…

Martin, Martin, Martin versus Dumas, Dumas, Dumas

Please, CBS Daytime, do not let soap opera fans down again. Beyond the Gates has just gotten started, & it moves fast, except for what Martin Richardson (Brandon Claybon) did that one night two years ago. 

Soap opera fans DO NOT need another version of the Aristotle Dumas drawn-out storyline on Young & the Restless. Mentioning Dumas on Y&R has been beaten like many of Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) dead horses & only was a loyal soap opera fan’s let down. 

Beyond the Gates is a fresh start on CBS Daytime for loyal soap opera fans. The BTG writers better not ‘Dumas’ this!!

Martin Richardson’s Cast of Characters in Crime

Is there a man in Fairmont Crest on either side of the gates who is not involved in whatever Martin did that night two years ago? Maybe Andre Richardson (Sean Freeman) & firefighter Derek Baldwin (Ben Gavin) aren’t, but Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis), Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durret), Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom), Marcel Malone (Darryl W. Handy), Elon Hawthorne (Malachi Malik), & now even Ted Richardson (Keith Robinson) have been revealed to have been involved.

Which of these characters was involved directly &/or indirectly has yet to be revealed. Regardless, the downfall of Martin Richardson would be the downfall of his cast of associated characters, which now involves his dad, Ted Richardson. Young & the Restless fans know CBS can’t afford sets for that soap & Beyond the Gates fans know that not this many men can be taken on this new soap this fast.

BTG’s Martin Richardson versus Y&R’s Mariah Copeland

The Dumas debachle on Young & the Restless isn’t wrapping up any time soon, & to follow it up is the build up to whatever Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) did when she was away on business that she cannot share with anyone including her mother Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) & her wife Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks).

CBS has placed Young & the Restless storylines on later, rinse, repeat, but has been offsetting those tired out storylines with the fresh & new & more Beyond the Gates. 

For the love of everything in Soap Opera Land controlled by CBS, this Martin Richardson story & what be did BETTER. BE. GOOD.
