MAY 11 BRINGS WILL READINGS, POWER PLAYS, AND SCORCHED EARTH

TL;DR: Monday May 11 lands across five daytime soaps with Lexie Carver crashing the DiMera will reading on Days of Our Lives, Brooke Logan making Ridge an offer he can’t refuse on Bold and the Beautiful, Victor Newman recruiting an old foe to take down Phyllis Summers on Young and the Restless, Lulu Spencer landing in the hot seat on General Hospital, and Anita Dupree ringing the bell on Beyond the Gates. Five shows. One Monday. Buckle up.

Beyond the Gates Spoilers: A Bell & A Bombshell

Anita Dupree rings the bell. Anita has fought through chemo, the Richardson family has held its breath, and Monday is the day Anita walks out of treatment and back into the rest of her life. This is the heart in an episode that needs one. Anita earned this hallway, this bell, and this win.

Then Nicole Dupree Richardson makes a stunning admission to Dani Dupree. Nicole spent Friday with Carlton, kept seeing Ted Richardson during the intimate moments, and walked out of the night knowing she has a problem. Whatever Nicole tells Dani Monday is not going to be a small confession. Sisters know how to make each other tell the truth, and Dani is about to pull it out of her.

Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne pressures Jacob Hawthorne for intel, because Naomi sniffed something the second the Smitty operation got personal. Ted clashes with Leslie Thomas over Shanice, because Ted finally chose Shanice over Leslie Friday and Leslie is not the woman who loses quietly. And Derek Baldwin apologizes to Ashley Morgan, which has its own subplot brewing.

Got a wild theory about what Lexie Carver brought back with her, what’s actually in Stefano DiMera’s codicil, or which DiMera sibling will crack first under the new will? Send your sizzling speculations and hot takes to [email protected] and let’s publish them!

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: A Move & A Mutiny

Friday ended with Brooke Logan pouring Ridge Forrester a drink, slipping into something less convenient, and asking him to fire his daughter. Brooke wants to be co-CEO. Brooke wants Steffy gone. Brooke spent Friday telling her husband this is what everyone wants and that he wants it too. Monday is when Ridge has to actually answer.

Donna Logan urges Katie Logan to put family before business, because Katie is now sitting on the kind of secret that could blow the Logan-Forrester world apart. Katie has been working to poach Hope Logan from Forrester. Hope wants to leave. Donna knows Brooke would never recover. Three Logan sisters. Three different agendas. Donna is the only one trying to keep them speaking by Friday.

Liam Spencer is concerned Hope is second guessing her future, which is the gentle way of putting it. Hope is being pulled in two professional directions by two powerful women who happen to share a last name with her. Brooke wants the throne for herself. Katie wants Hope. Hope is the rope. And Brooke’s offer to Ridge is the kind of offer Vito Corleone would have applauded from across the room.

Young and the Restless Spoilers: A Pact & A Powder Keg

Winning the case against Phyllis Summers is not enough for Victor Newman. Victor wants Phyllis dismantled. Monday he recruits Christine Blair for the takedown, and any Genoa City fan with a long memory and a working knowledge of one specific desert hit and run sat straight up.

Christine has spent decades on the receiving end of Phyllis’s worst impulses. The history between them is bloody. Now Victor wants that history weaponized. The scorched earth hook in our title is not a stretch. Victor brought the matches. Christine is the wind.

Meanwhile Nick Newman struggles with sobriety, because Friday’s confession to Victoria did not magically fix Nick’s fentanyl problem. Noah Newman launches a defense against Matt Clark after Friday’s coffee shop knockout. The Newman family is fighting on three fronts and running out of Newmans willing to lose.

General Hospital Spoilers: A Slip & A Showdown

Lulu Spencer walks into Monday with the ground falling out from under her on every side. Friday “Nathan” warned Lulu to send Rocco to Ireland, Lulu refused, “Nathan” walked, and Liz Webber handed Dante Falconeri the missing piece of the Ross Cullum shooting investigation. Rocco was the shooter. Lulu has been lying. Monday is where the lying starts catching up.

Liz puts the pieces together officially, and Dante is going to come at Lulu with the kind of grief only a father carries. Nina Reeves warns Willow Tait about something we have a feeling involves the syringe Nina ended up plunging into Jack Brennan‘s back instead of Drew CainEthan Lovett and Ava Jerome clash, which makes sense considering Ethan dragged Sonny Corinthos in on Ava’s last grift. And Ric Lansing defends himself, which is what a man does after his brother walks in mid money exchange and pulls a gun on him. Monday is everyone holding their truth at gunpoint.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: A Crasher & A Codicil

Friday’s Salem cliffhanger ended with the DiMera dining room raising glasses to Stefano DiMera while the man’s secret tunnels delivered the actual ending of the night. Lexie Carver walked out of that tunnel like she had circled the toast on her calendar. Monday picks up at the moment of impact, and the DiMera mansion is about to find out that a long absent daughter does not need a written invitation to claim her seat at this table.

EJ DiMera built the will reading around a tightly controlled audience and a tightly controlled story. Lexie blew both to pieces with one entrance. Now EJ turns on Cat Greene with the kind of questioning a man delivers when he already knows the answer. Leo Stark caught Cat playing ISA in heels Friday, which means EJ has the smoke before Cat can reach for the fire extinguisher.

Tony DiMera corners Gabi Hernandez with an unexpected offer after Gabi swept in announcing she is Stefan’s widow. Chad DiMera defends Leo, which is its own kind of comedy. And Kristen DiMera sees Sophia, who happens to be dead, which means either Salem is haunted or Kristen is unraveling. Possibly both. The DiMera mansion is officially out of square footage for secrets.

The Verdict on Monday

Five shows. One returning daughter. One Logan power play. One Newman war. One Port Charles unraveling. One bell ringing in a hospital corridor where a chemo storyline finally gives a family a win. Ashley Sebarras turned a lifelong soap opera addiction into an actual job, and honestly, she’s still pinching herself. A devoted Days of Our Lives stan and Beyond the Gates enthusiast, Ashley watches all five soaps religiously — yes, even when her cats are demanding attention, which is always. When she’s not dissecting Salem’s latest scandal or theorizing about what the Duprees are up to now, Ashley can be found curled up with a cozy book, knitting something she’ll probably never finish, and being an unapologetic stay-at-home cat mom. Her feline overlords have yet to develop an interest in daytime drama, but she’s working on it.Let the record show: Ashley is Brandon Barash’s biggest fan. She will not be taking questions or debate on this matter. The man is a treasure, and she has the tweets to prove her dedication.
