Bill Hamilton refuses to give up without a fight, which tracks for a man who recently handed over a fortune to make his blackmail problem disappear. Dani Dupree gets the cold shoulder from somewhere close to home, and Jacob Hawthorne and Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne align their priorities, a welcome bit of unity after weeks of tension between them. And Nicole Dupree Richardson offers Deanna McBride a reality check, while Vanessa McBride dodges some big questions of her own.

And Phyllis Summers seals the deal, likely the real estate play she’s been dangling in front of Cane Ashby all week, though with Phyllis, “the deal” rarely stays limited to business alone.
