TL;DR: Beyond the Gates spoilers for the week of June 8 are serving one of the most unhinged weeks Fairmont Crest has ever seen. The Impaler’s identity finally comes out, Victor Newman brings his Genoa City energy straight to the country club, and a tornado arrives right on schedule to make absolutely sure Martin Richardson’s fundraiser does not go the way anyone planned.

This Week in Fairmont Crest

The Impaler has been lurking over Fairmont Crest long enough. This is the week the mask comes off, and the fallout ripples through every corner of town before anyone has time to brace for it.

While that bomb is detonating, Victor Newman touches down in Fairmont Crest and brings the full weight of Genoa City with him, followed mid-week by the Abbott family and Devon and Abby, all of them descending on Martin Richardson’s much-anticipated fundraiser.

The only problem is that a tornado has a completely different agenda for the country club, and by Thursday the building takes a direct hit. Bill Hamilton and Dani Dupree are forced to lean on each other. Eva Thomas and Kat Richardson have no choice but to work together. And by Friday, Ted Richardson is managing multiple crises at once while Anita Dupree sees something that prompts a warning nobody in Fairmont Crest is prepared to hear. This is going to be a week.

Monday, June 8

The Impaler’s identity comes out, and the ripple effect across Fairmont Crest starts immediately. Ashley Jones makes her debut on Beyond the Gates as a mystery player whose role has not been written on anyone’s bingo card yet.

Vanessa McBride leans on Dani Dupree to help take the edge off an anxiety that has clearly been building for a while. Ted Richardson and Andre Richardson compare notes on where things stand with their respective love lives, which given everything happening around them is either a sign of optimism or a spectacular failure of situational awareness.

And Leslie sets her sights on securing an invitation to Martin’s upcoming fundraiser, because Leslie has never once waited to be included when she could just show up instead.

Tuesday, June 9

Victor Newman arrives in Fairmont Crest and the energy shifts the moment he walks through the door. The Richardson-Smiths are in full preparation mode for Martin’s fundraiser, which promises to be either the social event of the season or a pressure cooker depending on which family member you ask.

Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne opens up to Dani Dupree about the fears she has been carrying around Jacob Hawthorneand his well-being. Meanwhile Jacob himself is not sitting still. He and Elon Hawthorne lock horns at the station in a confrontation that has been a long time coming.

And Leslie crashes Mona Wilson’s event, which tells you everything you need to know about where Leslie’s head is this week.

Wednesday, June 10

Jack, Diane and Kyle Abbott, along with Devon and Abby, arrive at Martin Richardson’s fundraiser, and for a brief moment it looks like this event is going to be exactly what it was planned to be. It is not.

Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne convinces Ashley Jones to join her at the club, which turns out to be a more consequential decision than either of them expected when the week started.

And then the tornado arrives. Fairmont Crest does not do quiet Wednesdays.

Thursday, June 11

The country club takes a direct hit and Fairmont Crest is in full survival mode. Bill Hamilton and Dani Dupree are thrown together with no roadmap and no exit, relying on each other in ways neither of them saw coming at the start of the week.

Eva Thomas and Kat Richardson, two women who do not exactly bring out each other’s best qualities under normal circumstances, are forced to work side by side anyway.

Hayley Lawson ends up in close proximity to someone nobody expected. Someone from Genoa City, specifically. Kyle Abbott is apparently having quite a Thursday.

Friday, June 12

Joey Armstrong does something that earns him serious favor with a VIP, and in Fairmont Crest that is not a small thing. Ted Richardson is managing multiple crises at once, which after the week this town just had feels both inevitable and exhausting.

One duo takes drastic measures with extreme consequences, and the fallout is not staying contained. And Anita Dupree spots something peculiar enough to issue a warning. Given that a tornado just tore through the country club, the bar for peculiar is very high this week. Whatever Anita sees, it clears it easily.
