The Carver Family Holiday Curse Strikes Again
All Abe Carver and Paulina Price wanted was ONE peaceful Thanksgiving dinner with Johnny and Chanel. Just some turkey, maybe some mac and cheese, a nice toast about gratitude. But this is Salem, and the Carver family is apparently CURSED when it comes to holidays on Days of Our Lives.
Let’s take a trip down memory lane, shall we? Abe has been kidnapped, presumed dead, held hostage, and brainwashed more times than any human should have to endure. Paulina has battled health scares, family secrets, and political drama. And yet these two just keep trying to have nice family moments, and Salem just keeps saying NOPE.
Monday’s DAYS has their Thanksgiving meal getting delayed, and honestly? At this point, Abe and Paulina should just order takeout and eat in a locked bunker. It might be the only way they’ll actually get through a meal without interruption.

The Theo and EJ Situation Is About to Blow Up
Here’s where things get INTERESTING. Monday’s Days of Our Lives also reveals that EJ DiMera and Theo Carver are teaming up — and if you’ve been paying attention, you know this is a powder keg waiting to explode.
Abe is already FURIOUS with Paulina for supporting Theo’s decision to work at DiMera. And honestly? Can you blame him? The man has seen what the DiMera family does to people. He’s watched that family scheme, manipulate, and destroy lives for decades. So when his son decided to get involved with DiMera business, Abe was NOT happy. And Paulina supporting it? That’s been causing serious tension in their marriage.
Now EJ — the same EJ who Gwen suspects had something to do with Tony’s disappearance — is teaming up with Theo. EJ has already offered to “help” Theo multiple times, and Theo has been suspicious of his uncle’s motives. So what could possibly bring these two together now?
Our Theory: EJ Is Using Theo to Get to DiMera
Here’s what we think is happening: EJ wants back into the DiMera power structure, and he’s using Theo to get there. Theo is currently handling things in Tony’s absence, and EJ sees an opportunity. By “teaming up” with his nephew, EJ can position himself closer to the action while looking like a helpful family member.
But here’s the thing — whatever EJ is dragging Theo into is probably going to blow up RIGHT in the middle of that Thanksgiving dinner. Think about it. Abe is already on edge about Theo and DiMera. Paulina is caught in the middle. Johnny is EJ’s son. Chanel is married to Johnny. This dinner table is a MINEFIELD of family politics, and EJ and Theo “teaming up” is the match that’s about to light it all on fire.
Our prediction? Something EJ-related is going to interrupt that Thanksgiving meal. Maybe Theo gets a call. Maybe EJ shows up with “urgent news.” Maybe the whole thing falls apart because DiMera drama cannot stay contained. Whatever happens, Abe is going to lose it, Paulina is going to have to play peacemaker, and that turkey is going to get COLD.
