Gwen Takes Pity on Xander on DAYS
Oh, this is going to HURT. Gwen Rizczech and Xander Kiriakis — the couple that almost made it down the aisle, the duo that genuinely LOVED each other — are sharing a scene on Monday’s Days of Our Lives, and Gwen is apparently taking pity on him. If you need us, we’ll be sobbing into our pillows.
These two had SOMETHING. Real chemistry, real feelings, a real connection that fans were rooting for. And then life (and Salem drama) got in the way, as it always does. Now here’s Gwen, seeing Xander going through whatever mess he’s currently in, and she can’t help but feel for him. Because despite everything, that love doesn’t just disappear.

Meanwhile, Sarah Horton is out here SHOCKING Maggie Kiriakis, and honestly, what could Sarah possibly do that would shock Maggie at this point? This woman has seen it ALL. She’s been married more times than we can count, she’s dealt with every scandal imaginable, and she’s basically Salem’s unofficial therapist.
So whatever Sarah is about to drop on her must be absolutely WILD. Is it about Xander? Is it about the baby? Is Sarah finally admitting she’s exhausted from all the drama? Whatever it is, we’re ready. Maggie will probably handle it with her usual grace, pour herself some tea, and figure out how to fix everything. Because that’s what Maggie does. The woman is unshakeable.
EJ and Theo Team Up
In news that literally nobody predicted, EJ DiMera and Theo Carver are teaming up on Monday’s Days of Our Lives. EJ! And Theo! Working together! For what purpose, we have absolutely no idea, but we’re INTRIGUED.
EJ usually spends his time scheming against his own family members or being dramatic in the DiMera mansion. And Theo is usually just trying to live his life without getting pulled into Salem nonsense. But here we are. These two are apparently joining forces, and we cannot WAIT to see what brought this unlikely duo together. Stranger things have happened in Salem, but not by much.
The Carver-DiMera Thanksgiving Is Delayed… Of Course
And finally, because nothing in Salem can ever just be SIMPLE, Abe, Paulina, Johnny, and Chanel’s Thanksgiving meal is getting delayed. Of course it is. Has anyone in Salem ever had a holiday dinner that went according to plan? The answer is no. Absolutely not.
Between surprise guests, family drama, kidnappings, and the occasional possession, Salem holidays are basically guaranteed to go sideways. Abe and Paulina probably should have just ordered takeout. Johnny and Chanel are likely regretting not sneaking off to eat somewhere else. But hey, delayed Thanksgiving dinner just means more time for family bonding… or family chaos. It’s Salem, so it could go either way!
