The note Amy found was not a confession. It was a script, written on Kristen’s instructions to frame an innocent young woman and bury the truth in the same stroke. Every day that gun sits in an evidence locker is a day closer to that lie coming apart.
How the Gun Points Back to the Mansion
So how does a weapon with no serial number lead to Kristen? This is where it gets interesting. An untraceable gun does not come from a sporting goods store. It comes from someone with access to off the books resources, and nobody in Salem has more of those than the DiMeras. Imagine the trail running through Wilhelm Rolf, the family’s resident fixer, whose lab and shadowy connections could supply an erased weapon without a single line of paperwork. Once investigators start asking where a scrubbed gun came from, the answer has a way of circling back to that mansion.
And evidence is stubborn. Scratched serial numbers can sometimes be raised again in a lab. Fingerprints, trace residue, and the timeline of who stood at that river the night Sophia vanished are all bricks, and Kristen left more of them lying around than she thinks.
Kristen Has Handed Someone a Gun Before
Here is the part that should genuinely terrify her. This is not the first time Kristen DiMera turned another desperate person into her trigger finger.
