Wednesday’s Days of Our Lives spoilers show Belle comforting Marlena Evans after her carditis diagnosis caused by untreated Lyme disease! Marlena collapsed at the Tom Horton Wing gala and has been experiencing disturbing symptoms since John’s death. It took Sarah Horton noticing a rash on Marlena’s wrist to realize her previous Lyme test was a FALSE NEGATIVE!
Kayla confirmed Marlena has carditis from undetected Lyme disease and needed a temporary pacemaker implanted immediately! While the IV antibiotics weren’t working well enough, the pacemaker surgery was successful. Belle was FREAKING OUT during the surgery, but Marlena kept reassuring her daughter everything would be fine.
Here’s what’s WEIRD though: Marlena’s been having disturbing nightmares about Stefano DiMera since John’s death! Kristen has suspected EJ from the beginning, and now that he’s supposedly a “victim” too, she’s calling him OUT! We’re with Kristen on this one. Among the first thing EJ said when he realizes HE’S in the crypt is, “That’s IMPOSSIBLE!”
Is EJ really innocent, or did he stage his own kidnapping? Some fans theorize EJ had himself thrown into the crypt to deflect suspicion! But why would he use the word IMPOSSIBLE?
