Sarah Horton asks Brady Black for help, which connects directly to the drug investigation she has been quietly building since Destiny’s death at the free clinic. Philip Kiriakis threatens Xander Kiriakis, which means the DiMera money and Titan loan situation is getting hotter. EJ DiMera‘s offer is refused by someone who clearly has better judgment than EJ expects. And Dr. Rolf examines Lexie, which raises the question of what exactly Rolf found that was so disturbing last week.

Tuesday, June 9

The Joy Wesley situation officially becomes a Stephanie Johnson problem. Joy Wesley comes between Alex Kiriakis and Stephanie Johnson in a way that cannot be smoothed over quietly. EJ warns Gwen Rizczech, which means he knows she is sharpening his knife even if he does not know how far along she is. Javi Hernandez asks Gabi DiMera for a favor. And Kristen DiMera and Xander bond, which is either going to be entertaining or deeply alarming.

Wednesday, June 10

Leo Stark pleads for Gwen to be careful, which confirms Leo has the scoop and is already nervous about what it means for the woman who handed it to him. Amy opens up to Melinda Trask. Tate Black and Holly Jonas enjoy some romance. Jada Hunter and Shawn Brady grow closer. And Alex tries to defuse the situation between Joy and Stephanie, which suggests Tuesday’s collision did not resolve itself overnight.

Thursday, June 11

Paulina Price takes extreme action for Chanel Dupree. That single spoiler line covers a lot of ground given what this family is facing. Theo supports Johnny while EJ and Xander spar. Sarah surprises Holly and Arianna Horton with a special gift, which given the drug investigation context is worth watching closely. And Kate Roberts comes clean to Roman Brady about something she has clearly been sitting on.

Friday, June 12

Steve Johnson and Kayla support Stephanie as the Joy situation continues. Alex tries to reason with Joy. Cat Greene lies to EJ, and given that Marlena’s hypnosis session is somewhere in the recent rearview mirror, the question of what exactly Cat is covering becomes very interesting. Chad DiMera and Belle Black take Thomas and Charlotte to a baseball game, which is either a genuine family moment or the calm before something difficult. And Jada and Shawn address their growing feelings for each other directly.
