A Holiday to Remember
General Hospital star Adrian Anchondo made this holiday season one for the books. The actor, who plays Marco Rios on the ABC soap, spent Christmas vacationing in Puerto Rico and Florida with his boyfriend, Days of Our Lives star Colton Little.
Anchondo shared a gallery of photos and videos on Instagram capturing their tropical getaway, writing, “This Christmas made my heart pop. Thank you, Puerto Rico and Florida.” The post shows the couple enjoying spectacular scenery, delicious food, sandy beaches, and even a snowman made from sand instead of snow. Videos feature the pair taking in the sights, finding a sea urchin, enjoying local music, and taking shelter from a torrential downpour.

How They Met
The couple’s love story started when Anchondo landed the role of Marco on General Hospital in early 2025. He reached out to Little for advice about navigating the soap world, and sparks flew from there.
“We knew each other through mutual friends, so I knew of him for a long time,” Anchondo explained to Michael Fairman. “I started asking Colton about what his experience was like on soaps and asked about SAG health insurance, etc. We met up one night and were hooked from then on.”
Two Soap Stars, One Love Story
Soap fans know Little as Andrew Donovan on Days of Our Lives, a role previously played by child actors. He made his first appearance in the 2022 spinoff mini-series Beyond Salem and has appeared sporadically on DAYS in the years since. In 2025, Andrew returned to Salem twice: first in June to marry Paul Narita, and again in November to attend the party celebrating the Tom Horton Free Clinic during the soap’s 60th anniversary episodes.
Little’s career extends beyond daytime. He’s appeared in films like My Best Friend’s Christmas, V/H/S/85, and A Biltmore Christmas, plus episodes of 9-1-1: Lone Star and NCIS: Origins. Fun fact for GH fans: Little actually appeared on the ABC soap back in June 2021 as an uncredited Metro Court bartender named Grant.
Anchondo’s pre-GH career included roles in Looking, How to Get Away With Murder, Rebel, The Rookie, FBI: Most Wanted, and Law & Order: Organized Crime.
Fans Are Loving It
The response to Anchondo’s Instagram post has been overwhelmingly positive, with fans flooding the comments to celebrate the couple. “My 2 favorite people are enjoying life together,” one fan wrote. “Omg you and Colton make the most beautiful couple!” gushed another.
