Port Charles’s Favorite Chaos Agent Is Back On The Books

Alley Mills is dusting off Heather Webber’s signature brand of unhinged energy and heading back to General Hospital, nearly two years after Heather packed up and left town with her son, Steven Webber (Scott Reeves), back in October 2024. Mills will first air in the role again on Thursday, November 5.

Executive producer Frank Valentini isn’t being coy about what’s coming, either. “There’s never a dull moment when Heather Webber is in Port Charles,” he told TV Insider, “and Alley is ready to stir up some trouble!” Considering Heather’s rap sheet includes a murder spree and a cobalt-poisoning defense, “trouble” might be underselling it.

Alley Mills has made the role unmistakably her own since taking it over in October 2022, becoming the fourth actress to play Heather and picking up Daytime Emmys in both 2023 and 2025 for her efforts. Not bad for a woman soap fans first fell in love with as sitcom mom Norma Arnold, or spent two decades watching stir up her own brand of trouble as Pam Douglas on B&B.

Somebody In Port Charles Should Start Watching Their Back

Heather doesn’t do quiet returns, and with a body count like hers already on the books, whoever crosses her path first probably isn’t going to enjoy it.
