A Faison Is a Faison Is a Faison. Britt Westbourne Knows Exactly What Her Brother Is and General Hospital Should Be Terrified
Britt Westbourne knows “Nathan West” is Cassius Faison on GH and the reason she has not told a soul is the most diabolical trap in Port Charles.

BRITT WESTBOURNE KNOWS THE TRUTH ABOUT NATHAN WEST AND CANNOT SAY A WORD
TL;DR: Britt Westbourne has known for months that the man Port Charles welcomed home as Nathan West on General Hospital is actually Cassius Faison, Nathan’s twin, and she has been watching him deceive Lulu Spencer, James West, and Felicia Scorpio in silence because Cassius controls the medication keeping her Huntington’s in check. He saved her life two years ago. He also called her ungrateful, dragged her to Wyndemere, and walks in their father’s footsteps while insisting he is nothing like him.
Britt Westbourne Has Known the Whole Time
Britt Westbourne woke up in Croatia two years ago and a man who looked exactly like her dead brother was sitting next to her bed. For one moment, it must have felt like a miracle. Then she got to know him.
She called him a “pale imitation” of Nathan West. She meant every syllable.
Cassius Faison is Nathan’s twin. He was the one who convinced Ross Cullum and Jenz Sidwell to save Britt’s life and give her access to the experimental drug that has kept her Huntington’s disease in check. Without him, Britt Westbourne would be dead. He knows this. She knows this. And he has never once let her forget it.
Since then, Britt has watched Cassius walk into Port Charles wearing Nathan’s face. She has watched Lulu Spencer fall in love with him. She has watched James West call him Dad. She has watched Felicia Scorpio praise the bond he has built with a child who is not his son. And Britt Westbourne has said nothing. Not because she agrees with any of it. Because the alternative is dying.

The Brother Who Saves You and the Brother Who Owns You
Here is what makes this relationship so dangerous. Cassius did save Britt’s life. That is real. He intervened when nobody else would have. He got her the medication. He kept her alive when Huntington’s would have taken everything from her.
And then he put a leash on her with it.
The medication comes through Cullum’s WSB connections. Cassius is the middleman. Britt cannot get the drugs without him. She cannot walk away from the lie without losing access to the one thing keeping her functional. Every time she has pushed back, every time she has questioned him, every time she has tried to run, Cassius has reminded her that he is the only reason she is still standing.
He told her she should be grateful he prevented her from becoming a vegetable. That is not love. That is leverage wearing a dead man’s face.
Britt Westbourne is not Cassius Faison’s sister in any way that matters. She is his hostage. The medication is the chain. The secret is the lock. And Cassius has the only key.
A Faison Is a Faison Is a Faison
Britt accused Cassius of walking in their father’s footsteps. Cassius said he wanted money and power. He tossed in saving Britt’s life like a footnote.
Every Faison child has carried the weight of that name differently. Nathan became a hero and died trying to protect the people he loved. Britt has spent years trying to outrun her father’s shadow and prove she is more than his DNA. And now Cassius has arrived wearing a hero’s face while operating with a villain’s playbook.
He poisoned Maxie Jones to buy himself time to assume Nathan’s identity. He has been feeding information to Sidwell from inside the PCPD. He dragged Britt to Wyndemere not to tell the truth but to beg for mercy on his terms. He chuckled when he reminded her that with Jason gone, she has nobody to turn to but him.
Nathan West died a hero. Cassius Faison stole that hero’s life and is using it as a costume. The question Britt Westbourne asked him this week is the one General Hospital fans should be asking too: is Cassius more dangerous than their father ever was? Because Caesar Faison manipulated from the shadows. Cassius Faison is doing it in broad daylight, wearing the face of a man this town loved, and nobody except Britt knows the difference.
And Britt cannot tell a soul.
Is Cassius Faison more dangerous than any Faison who came before him? And will Britt Westbourne ever break free? Sound off below because Port Charles has no idea what is living among them!
