GH TICKING CLOCK! Britt Westbourne Has a Syringe and a Plan and Sidwell Has No Idea What Is Coming
Britt Westbourne has a syringe of sodium pentothal and a plan on General Hospital and Lucas and Marco have secretly teamed up to save her life.

LUCAS AND MARCO ARE WORKING TOGETHER AND BRITT IS ALREADY FILLING SYRINGES. THE CLOCK IS RUNNING.
TL;DR: Britt Westbourne is done waiting on General Hospital, Lucas and Marco have secretly teamed up to reverse engineer her Huntington’s medication, and Britt already has a syringe of sodium pentothal ready for the next person who comes at her.
Britt Westbourne Is Done Waiting
Britt Westbourne is not sitting around hoping someone saves her. She is a doctor. She has access. And when Lucas told her he had not yet found her Huntington’s medication, she did not panic. She pulled out a syringe of sodium pentothal and explained her plan with the calm of someone who has already thought this through. The next time Pascal administers her injection, she gives him one of his own. Get him talking. Get the information she needs. Handle it herself.
Lucas thinks it is too risky. Britt does not have the luxury of waiting for a safer option. She is running out of time and everyone around her knows it.

The Unlikely Team Nobody Saw Coming
While Britt was filling syringes, Lucas was making a move nobody saw coming. He went straight to Wyndemere and sat down with Marco and demanded the truth about how bad Britt’s situation actually was. Marco warned him that knowing too much could get him killed. Lucas pointed out he was already in danger and pushed anyway.
Marco would not give up details about the project, but he confirmed what Britt had already told Lucas — she is receiving daily injections of a drug keeping her Huntington’s in check. When Lucas asked him to help get a dose so they could reverse engineer it, Marco knew the risk. He said out loud that this could get all three of them killed. And then he agreed to help anyway.
That moment matters. Marco is Jenz Sidwell’s son. He has been inside this operation the entire time. Choosing to help Lucas and Britt is not a small thing. It is the first crack in Sidwell’s armor from the inside, and it is coming from his own blood.
Sidwell Has No Idea
Jenz Sidwell is busy celebrating. Willow Tait is in Congress. The piers are secured. The plan to destroy Sonny Corinthos is in motion. Everything is going exactly the way he designed it. What he does not know is that his son is secretly working against him, that Britt Westbourne has a syringe ready for the next person who comes through her door, and that Lucas Jones is now an active participant in dismantling the one piece of leverage Sidwell has over Britt.
The prototype has to be finished on time or Britt’s life is on the line. But Britt is not the kind of woman who waits to be rescued. She is the kind of woman who fills a syringe and makes her own exit. We are genuinely a little worried about Pascal.
What Happens When This Unravels
Three people are now working against Sidwell from the inside and not one of them has told the others everything they know. Lucas does not know the full scope of the project. Marco does not know about the sodium pentothal. Britt does not know Lucas went to Marco. When all of this information lands in the same room at the same time, the plan either comes together perfectly or it explodes in the worst possible way. On General Hospital, it is almost always the second one first.
