GH SUPER SPOILER! Cullum’s Blood Is in Dante Falconeri’s Hands and the Most Dangerous Double Agent in Port Charles Is About to Bleed Out in Court
Dante Falconeri has a vial of Cullum’s blood and the takedown of the most dangerous double agent in Port Charles starts now on GH.

DANTE FALCONERI HAS CULLUM’S BLOOD AND THE TAKEDOWN STARTS NOW
TL;DR: Dante Falconeri pulled Liz Webber aside at GH on General Hospital and walked away with a vial of Ross Cullum’s blood. The PCPD commissioner stashed evidence from the WSB and is now matching that evidence against the most dangerous double agent in Port Charles. Cullum killed Marco. Cullum framed Jason. Cullum is poisoning Britt. The vial in Dante’s pocket is the weapon that ends him, and Liz Webber drew it without asking a single question.
The Vial That Ends Cullum’s Reign of Terror
Dante Falconeri walked up to the nurses’ station at GH and asked Elizabeth Webber to step away for a private conversation. Britt Westbourne tried to stall him. He told her flat out he could come back with questions if she preferred. Britt stepped aside. Dante took Liz to a quiet corner and asked her for a sample of Ross Cullum‘s blood.
Liz did not ask why. Liz did not ask what evidence. Liz drew the vial, handed it to him, and went back to work. The most powerful piece of evidence currently in Port Charles is now sitting in the inside pocket of a PCPD commissioner who has spent the last month pretending he was not building a federal case off the books.
The blood is the entire ballgame. Dante stashed evidence from the WSB about Cullum’s shooting weeks ago. He has been waiting for the right moment to match it against Cullum himself. The moment arrived in a hospital corridor with a nurse who trusted him enough not to ask. Reader, the man does not move on instinct alone. The man moves when the evidence is in his pocket and the lab is open. The takedown has started.

The Body Count Cullum’s Blood Is About to Cover
Ross Cullum is the senior architect of the Faison project. He killed Marco Rios on the pier the night Marco tried to steal Britt Westbourne’s experimental medication. He is using those same medications to keep Britt enslaved to him while she completes her father’s bioweapons project. He framed Jason Morgan for shooting him to remove the only man capable of dismantling the operation. He twice tried to assassinate Sonny Corinthos. He firebombed the Corinthos penthouse and burned Michael Corinthos doing it. He is blackmailing Laura Collins at the mayor’s office.
Every crime on that list has a piece of physical evidence somewhere in Port Charles. The blood in Dante’s pocket is the master key that unlocks every single one. The moment Dante runs that vial against the evidence he stashed, the lab work is going to place Cullum at scenes the man has spent months claiming he was nowhere near. The shooting was the doorway. The blood is what walks Dante through it.
Lucas Jones wants Cullum dead for Marco. Josslyn Jacks was building her own WSB case against him before Cassius grabbed her. Sonny wants him in the ground. The men and women of Port Charles have been circling Cullum for months waiting for an opening. The opening was the vial. The vial is in Dante’s hands. The takedown does not require the rest of them anymore. Dante can do this alone.
Liz Webber Drew the Blood That Brings the Whole Operation Down
The genius of Dante’s play is the woman he picked to draw the sample. Liz Webber has no operational ties to the WSB, the PCPD investigation, the Corinthos organization, or the Cassadine network. When she pulls blood inside the hospital, she does it under hospital protocol. The WSB cannot challenge a sample drawn by a registered nurse. The bureau cannot tamper with a chain of custody that runs through Liz Webber’s signature.
Liz does not know what she handed Dante. Liz does not need to know. The vial is in motion. The lab is running. The match is coming. Whatever Dante stashed from the WSB is about to come back marked with Cullum’s name, and the chain of custody is going to be airtight because Liz Webber drew it, Dante carried it, and the lab tech ran it inside the same hospital where Cullum is currently lying in a bed pretending to be the victim.
The cruel irony is that Laura Collins spent the same morning warning Liz to stay away from Ric Lansing because Ric is keeping secrets that could put her in danger. The truth is that Liz was already in the middle of the most dangerous federal case in Port Charles before Ric ever called her. The blood Liz drew is going to take Cullum down, free Britt, exonerate Jason, and end the Faison operation. It is also going to put Liz Webber in the WSB’s crosshairs the second the bureau figures out who pulled the sample.
Cullum Is About to Bleed Out in Court Without Knowing It Yet
Reader, this is the part that makes the article. Cullum is lying in a hospital bed three floors down from the lab where his blood is being analyzed and he has no clue. He thinks he is the victim. He thinks Jason is in a Jakarta black site for shooting him. He thinks the cover story holds. The man is sleeping while the cop with the vial is loading the case file that takes him down forever.
The moment the lab work comes back and Cullum is exposed, the entire Faison operation collapses with him. Jenz Sidwell loses his enforcer. Cassius loses his protection. Britt loses her supplier and gets her freedom back. Lucas finally gets justice for Marco. Jason walks out of the black site with his name cleared. The Faison shadow over Port Charles lifts in one Dante-shaped moment, and the only person who knows the storm is coming is the man with the vial in his pocket.
Cullum is going to bleed out in court. The blood is going to be the cause of death. Dante Falconeri is going to be the man who carried it there. Liz Webber is going to be the woman who drew it. The most dangerous double agent in Port Charles is about to find out the quietest cop in the city has been the one to bring him down all along.
Pick a side and defend it: is Dante Falconeri the hero who finally takes Cullum down, or is he about to walk into a WSB ambush that ends his career before the lab work comes back? The comment section is open and we are picking sides!
