If Ava tries to leverage him, he has every reason to make HER the next target. He could tip off Sonny, who would love an excuse to move on Ava and Sidwell at the same time. He could lean on Alexis through Kristina, who has been orbiting him for weeks. He could go scorched earth and grab Phoebe before anyone can prove paternity on paper.

The really dark option is that he handles the photograph itself. Apollo learned the hard way what happens when you flip on a partner with a fake passport guy in the family.
