Charlotte’s bracelet snagged on Brennan’s sleeve on the way out, and it is still on the corpse, buried on the Quartermaine nature preserve with a beagle scratching at the dirt.
On Wednesday, September 16, Charlotte laid out the plan to Danny: make Drew look like a man who behaves inappropriately with someone like her. Willow Cain gets alarming news Friday, and there is only one place it can come from. Nina spent Wednesday night in a PCPD interrogation room after WSB Agent William Baines arrested her at the Metro Court Gardens. Thursday, Baines produced Brennan’s wallet, pulled from under the seat of Nina’s car. Ric Lansing argued there was no chain of custody and no body. Baines shipped Nina off anyway on a charge of threatening a WSB agent.
Drew planted that wallet. He admitted as much to Ava on Thursday, right after she confronted him over the frame job that jailed Nina. Ric is Nina’s lawyer and Willow’s likeliest messenger, and chatter puts him in her office telling her it may already be too late. Willow does not know that her estranged husband built the cage her mother is sitting in.
What Is Charlotte Cassadine Planning for Drew Cain on General Hospital?
Charlotte is planning to bait Drew into a compromising position and let the optics do the rest. Now look at the calendar. Charlotte moves on Drew the same afternoon Willow learns how far gone Nina’s case is, and Drew is the reason Nina is gone. A teenager and a congresswoman are fighting the same man from opposite ends, and neither knows the other is in the ring. Charlotte’s parents pick that exact hour to sit down together.
General Hospital Spoilers: Elizabeth Webber Saves Dante as Lulu Faces Valentin
Elizabeth Webber surprises Dante Falconeri Friday. Dante spent Thursday refusing to let Baines pull another Jason and demanding a paper trail before Nina left the building. He lost. Preview chatter has Elizabeth walking into the PCPD and telling Dante she is fairly sure she just saved him from being arrested in his own squad room. Ric, who is dating Elizabeth, is across town breaking Willow’s heart while his girlfriend plays hero for Dante, and if I know these writers, that timing is no accident.
Lulu Spencer and Valentin Cassadine meet Friday, one day after Anna Devane told Valentin to go after Carly Spencer instead of clinging to her. The network says only that they meet. Reading between the lines, the one thing those two share right now is a daughter about to bait a man who buried a body this month. Don’t be surprised if the conversation starts civil and ends in a fight over who let Charlotte off the leash.
The lighter beat belongs to Molly Lansing-Davis, back from her book tour and bumping into Lucas Jones and his new roommate Joe Fitzpatrick. Chatter says Molly reads the two men as more than roommates and Lucas shoots her down fast. In a week of General Hospital spoilers built on corpses and cages, a Lansing making an awkward assumption is the closest thing Friday has to comic relief.

My gut tells me Charlotte’s plan blows up before it lands. Drew has outmaneuvered Ava, Willow and the WSB in three weeks flat. A teenager with a grudge and a missing bracelet is not going to be the one who finally trips him, and Danny is right to be terrified. Every step she takes toward Drew is a step toward that grave on the preserve.
