Ingo Rademacher Accuses ABC of Firing Him for Political Views
The drama between former ‘General Hospital’ star, Ingo Rademacher, and ABC continues as the actor makes fresh accusations against the network. Ingo played Jasper ‘Jax’ Jacks on the soap opera until he was fired for disregarding COVID-19-related protocols. According to reports, COVID-19 protocols demanded that the cast and crew of ‘General Hospital’ be vaccinated before going on set, but Ingo disregarded the requirement due to his religious beliefs. When he applied for an exemption on religious grounds, he was fired instead.
Ingo decided to take legal action against ABC for firing him. ABC had appealed to the court to dismiss the case on the grounds that they had already decided to write off the character even before the COVID issue. However, the former GH star claims that ABC fired him because of his political views, and the other claims are just cover-ups.
Deadline reports that Ingo’s attorney stated that ABC was supposed to accommodate the actor as their duty, but they threw him under the bus after they made him go through a rigged process that was set up to fail. The attorney also said that all of the network’s claims are just cover-ups for the real reason they let go of him – his political views.
Ingo’s filings state that the head honchos of GH did not like his support for Donald Trump in the 2020 elections and his stance regarding the restrictive COVID policies. According to him, the executive producer, Frank Valentini, and other cast and crew members were against his political views. He also claimed that he was fired, and his role was recast even though his contract was valid till 2022.
However, ABC’s claims state that the Director of Employee Relations at Walt Disney Television, Erin Nguyen, had asked him about his application for a religious exemption, and he had replied, “There is no religion to join.” So, there were no real religious grounds for granting his request.
The case continues as both parties present their arguments. It remains to be seen whether Ingo Rademacher’s claims of being fired for his political views will hold up in court.
In conclusion, the ongoing legal battle between Ingo Rademacher and ABC continues to make headlines. While Ingo claims he was fired for his political views, ABC insists that it was due to his failure to adhere to COVID-19 protocols. The case serves as a reminder of the importance of following safety protocols during the ongoing pandemic and highlights the potential consequences of disregarding them.

Ingo Rademacher, hopefully they can come to a compromise in spite of the differences. He is a good actor and Joseline needs her daddy so he can set Dex straight about his daughter. We all have our own opinions again hopefully; they can agree to disagree.
While at work so don’t talk about religion or politics which only causes division.
