LIESL OBRECHT HAS NO IDEA WHAT IS WAITING FOR HER IN PORT CHARLES

TL;DR: Cassius Faison is Nathan West’s identical twin brother on General Hospital, which means Liesl Obrecht gave birth to two boys, and nobody has confirmed whether she knows the second one exists. If Caesar Faison separated those babies at birth without telling her, then Liesl Obrecht is going to come home from New Zealand and find out that a man wearing her dead son’s face has been deceiving her grandson, manipulating Lulu Spencer, and walking in their father’s footsteps. This is the woman who poisoned Duke Lavery, set a barn on fire with Peter August inside, and slapped half of Port Charles on principle. She is not going to take this well.

The Question Nobody Is Asking

Cassius Faison is Nathan West’s identical twin. That is confirmed. He is Liesl Obrecht‘s biological son. That is also confirmed. What is not confirmed is whether Liesl has any idea she gave birth to two boys.

Think about that for a moment.

This is a woman who carried Nathan, fought for Nathan, lied for Nathan, and grieved Nathan when Caesar Faison shot him. She has spent years building a relationship with James West, who calls her Oma. She fainted when Britt Westbourne came back from the dead because the idea of losing a child is something Liesl Obrecht cannot survive.

And right now, a man who shares Nathan’s DNA is walking around Port Charles pretending to be her dead son. He is sleeping in Nathan’s life. He is raising Nathan’s child. He is deceiving the woman Nathan loved. And Liesl Obrecht, who has burned down barns and poisoned men and held people hostage for far less than this, has no idea.

She is at a medical conference in New Zealand. She left telling Britt she was not concerned about Nathan and Lulu Spencer. She does not know there is anything to be concerned about. She thinks her son is home and safe and happy.

Her son is dead. The man in his place is a stranger. And Mama Doc does not know.

What do you think Liesl Obrecht will do when she finds out about Cassius? Send your wildest theories to [email protected] and we just might publish them!

Did Faison Take a Baby From Her?

Here is where this gets truly dark.

Caesar Faison never loved Liesl. She gave him children and he gave her nothing but rejection and obsession with Anna Devane. He manipulated Liesl, discarded her, and used their children as pawns in his endless scheming. That is documented. That is decades of history.

Now imagine Caesar Faison in a delivery room. Liesl gives birth to twins. And Faison, who has never once in his life done anything that was not calculated for his own benefit, takes one of those babies and says nothing. He raises Cassius in secret. He molds him. He turns him into an operative who wants money and power and who speaks about saving his sister’s life like it is a business transaction.

If that is what happened, then Liesl Obrecht did not just lose Nathan when Faison shot him. She lost Cassius the day he was born. She has been missing a child her entire life and never knew it.

And the man who took him from her is the same man who killed the twin she got to keep.

Britt Knows and Liesl Does Not

Britt Westbourne has known for months that Cassius is not Nathan. She met him two years ago in Croatia. She called him a “pale imitation” of her brother to his face. She has watched him deceive James, deceive Lulu, deceive Felicia Scorpio, and she has said nothing because Cassius controls the medication keeping her Huntington’s in check.

Britt is keeping this secret from the one person on earth who would tear Port Charles apart brick by brick to protect her family. Liesl Obrecht does not know her daughter is being held hostage by her own brother. She does not know James is calling a stranger Dad. She does not know that the Faison bloodline has produced another manipulator who is wearing a hero’s face while running a villain’s operation.

Britt is trapped. But when Liesl comes home and finds out that Britt knew and did not tell her, the Westbourne family is going to fracture in a way that makes every previous fight look like a disagreement over dinner plans.

What Happens When Mama Doc Gets Home

Let us review Liesl Obrecht’s resume for a moment.

She poisoned Duke Lavery. She kidnapped her own grandson. She set a barn on fire with Peter August inside it. She held Peter hostage in a cabin for months. She slapped Britt, slapped Victor Cassadine, slapped Franco Baldwin, and kicked Cody Bell in a place that made every man in Port Charles cross his legs. She threw acid on Peter’s hand. She tried to smother Esme Prince with a pillow. She ordered Dante Falconeri brainwashed through a rogue WSB faction.

That is the woman who is going to come home and find out that a Faison is playing dress up with her dead son’s identity while her daughter watched and said nothing and her grandson has been lied to every single day.

Cassius Faison thinks he is the most dangerous person in Port Charles right now. He has Jenz Sidwell in his pocket. He has Britt on a leash. He has the PCPD fooled. He has Lulu in his arms.

He has never met his mother. And when he does, every scheme, every lie, and every stolen moment with James is going to come crashing down around him. Because Liesl Obrecht did not poison people and set fires and slap half a city for decades just to let another Faison man take her family from her.

Cassius should enjoy the costume while it lasts. Mama Doc is coming home.

When Liesl Obrecht finds out about Cassius, who is in more danger: Cassius for the deception, Britt for the silence, or Port Charles in general? Sound off below because this is going to be NUCLEAR!

The one thing I like about the Nathan twin situation is the use of the actual actor for the twin instead of a convoluted story line about an accident which caused his face to be changed. Even though I could got along without this particular story line being told, it does bring more by having left Nathan (the one loved by all) dead and not manipulated in any way. Have to give writers a little credit for an original thought.
