WYNDEMERE’S CREEPIEST RESIDENT ISN’T A CASSADINE — IT’S THE BUTLER, AND HIS OBSESSION WITH MARCO RIOS IS PURE GOTHIC HORROR

TL;DR: Pascal has been emerging from hidden passages, eavesdropping behind closed doors, and watching Marco Rios’ every move on General Hospital — and Lucas Jones finally called it what it is. The butler is obsessed, and Lucas might be in more danger than he knows.

This Man Cleans Up Murders and Then Serves Appetizers

Let’s lay out the evidence, because General Hospital has been dropping it like breadcrumbs through Wyndemere’s catacombs, and too many fans are sleeping on this storyline.

It started when Jenz Sidwell imported Pascal from The Five Poppies to serve as his new butler at Wyndemere. Marco Rios questioned whether that was wise. Sidwell’s response? They’d need someone skilled in “outside-the-box strategy.” That’s corporate speak for “this man disposes of bodies and intimidates doctors,” because that is literally what Pascal does.

He cleaned up Dalton’s murder on the living room carpet. He threatened Britt Westbourne in her own room and warned her that “they” were watching. He handled Anna Devane’s captivity in France. And then he pivoted seamlessly into serving turkey sandwiches by candlelight while Marco gave Lucas Jones a shoulder massage on the couch.

And Then the Watching Started

When Marco Rios surprised Lucas with a romantic evening back in December, Pascal lingered in the background with what the show described as a “worried” expression.

When Marco pulled Lucas into a passionate kiss behind closed living room doors, Pascal pressed his ear against the wood and listened. Sidwell caught him doing it and muttered that “perhaps Pascal should have stayed in France.”

Let that marinate — the man who ordered a murder cleanup on Christmas Eve thinks his butler is being weird.

Pascal Appeared Behind Lucas Through a Secret Tunnel

It escalated fast in February. Lucas went to grab a bottle of wine from the cellar and Pascal materialized behind him through a hidden passage from the catacombs like something out of a gothic novel. Lucas told Marco point blank that Pascal “creeps him out.”

Then on February 10, Lucas finally said what we’ve all been thinking: he accused Pascal of being jealous and wanting Marco Rios for himself.

Pascal’s response? Not a denial. Not even a flinch. He told Lucas he was “so consumed with his romance that he’s blind to what’s really going on.”

Blind to WHAT, Pascal?

He’s Watching the Watcher

Marco appeared and smoothed things over with a passionate kiss — behind a closed door, naturally — and Pascal listened to that, too. Sidwell caught him again and ordered him to find a way to “coexist” with Lucas.

But here’s the part that keeps us up at night: just one day later, while Lucas eavesdropped on Marco and Jenz discussing Britt’s medication, Pascal was lurking in the hallway directly behind him.

The show literally captioned the image “The Walls Have Ears” and revealed that Lucas “had no idea Pascal was spying on his eavesdropping.” This man is conducting surveillance on the surveillance. Every single time Marco Rios or Lucas share a private moment, Pascal is three feet away — in a shadow, a passage, or pressed against a door.

Jealous Lover or Something Far More Dangerous?

The show has framed Pascal watching romantic moments through cracked doors, listening to kisses, appearing in hallways with the intensity of a man who wishes he were on the other side of that embrace. If General Hospital is building toward a jealous love triangle between a butler, a mob doctor’s son, and the unsuspecting boyfriend caught in the middle, we need it to come to a head immediately.

This is the darkest, most deliciously gothic storyline Wyndemere has housed since the Cassadines were freezing the planet, and we are living for every unhinged second of it.

February 16 Spoilers Should Have Lucas Fans Terrified

Pascal is not some lovesick housekeeper with a crush. This is a trained operative who cleaned up a murder without breaking a sweat. Sidwell specifically worried that Lucas would become “a liability.” Pascal’s assignment could easily shift from “monitor the boyfriend” to something far worse.

The upcoming spoilers for the week of February 16 tease that “it gets rough for Lucas and Marco.” We don’t know what that means yet, but we know who will be lurking in the walls when it happens.

If Pascal hurts one hair on Lucas Jones’ head over his obsession with Marco Rios, Carly Spencer will burn Wyndemere to the ground for a third time. And honestly? We’ll hand her the match.

Sound off, GH fans — is Pascal a jealous lover, a cold-blooded operative, or the most underrated villain in Port Charles? Share this with every General Hospital fan who needs to be watching that butler more closely!
