A GH Fan Theory Claims Nathan West Is Actually Faison Walking Around in His Son’s Body and the Evidence Is Disturbingly Convincing
A GH fan theory claims Nathan West is actually Faison walking around in his son’s body after a brain transplant — and the evidence is chilling.
A GENERAL HOSPITAL FAN SENT US A THEORY THAT NATHAN WEST IS REALLY FAISON AND NOW WE CANNOT SLEEP
TL;DR: A General Hospital fan named Linda Butler wrote in with a theory so unhinged we had to investigate — what if Nathan West is actually Cesar Faison, and when Nathan “died” seven years ago, Faison’s brain was transplanted into his son’s body? The evidence is piling up and we are officially spooked.
The Theory That Broke Our Brains
Linda proposed something wild: Nathan West is not Nathan West. When Nathan “died” seven years ago, Faison’s people took his body and transplanted Cesar Faison’s brain into it. The Nathan who returned to Port Charles? That is Faison walking around wearing his son like a suit.
We know. We KNOW. But the evidence is stacking up in terrifying ways.

The WSB Already Has Suspicions
WSB Director Jack Brennan has already voiced doubts about Nathan’s return. He flat out suggested to Lulu Spencer that Nathan could be faking the loss of those seven years. When Lulu defended Nathan, Jack fired back: “With Faison, anything is possible.”
If the head of the WSB is suggesting Nathan’s missing years might not be what they seem, maybe we should be listening.
And speaking of listening — Nathan told Dante point blank that he knows nothing about Faison when asked about his research into his past. Dante literally said “I know you’ve been doing research.” Nathan lied to his face. Why would Nathan lie about researching his own father unless he has something massive to hide?
One of Faison’s Children Is “The Key”
Here is where Linda’s General Hospital theory gets really interesting. Ross Cullum told Jack Brennan that both of Faison’s dead children have returned, and “one of them is likely the key” to everything happening on Spoon Island. One of them. Not both. ONE.
Britt Westbourne is clearly the tool — forced to work on Faison’s final project under threat of death, controlled by experimental medication, manipulated at every turn. So if Britt is the tool, that makes Nathan the key. But the key to what? Unless Nathan IS Faison, and the entire Spoon Island operation exists to serve his resurrection.
Peter August Already Told Us the Truth
When Anna was held captive beneath Wyndemere, she had a vision of Peter August. And what did he tell her? “People in my family don’t stay dead.”
He also said something haunting: “Did you watch him die, or was it another one of my father’s tricks?”
What if Nathan’s death was just another one of Faison’s tricks — a way to harvest a young, healthy body for his consciousness to inhabit? Anna has been hearing Faison’s voice over a PA system in her cell. Someone with wild white hair walked into her room. But what if Faison is not hiding in the catacombs at all? What if he has been walking around Port Charles this entire time, attending family dinners and lying to everyone who loves Nathan?
The Monster Is Not Hiding Beneath Wyndemere
As Linda pointed out, if this theory is true, Faison has pulled off the ultimate con. He is living inside the body of a man everyone loves and trusts. He has access to James, to Maxie when she wakes up, to the entire Scorpio-Jones family. He is working at the PCPD alongside Dante. He has Lulu defending him against the WSB.
Nathan West was a hero. A good man. And if Faison is wearing his face, he has weaponized all of that goodness as the perfect cover.
The monster is not hiding beneath Wyndemere. The monster is having coffee at Bobbie’s and tucking James into bed at night.
Sweet dreams, Port Charles.
