THAT KISS WITH LULU SPENCER PROVES THIS MAN IS NOT NATHAN WEST โ€” AND ONE SHARP-EYED FAN JUST CALLED IT

TL;DR: Nathan West kissed Lulu Spencer during Thursday’s blizzard episode of General Hospital, and fans are losing it. The real Nathan would never betray Maxie Jones like this, and one eagle-eyed viewer just dropped the truth bomb we’ve all been thinking.

One Fan Said What We’re All Thinking

Leave it to the General Hospital fandom to catch what the writers clearly want us to see.

When Nathan West and Lulu Spencer shared that first kiss during Thursday’s blizzard-trapped cafรฉ scenes, longtime viewer Kelly-Anne MacPherson didn’t waste a second before calling out the obvious. Her comment cut straight to the heart of the matter: “Ok…right there proves he is not Nathan. He would have never done that.”

She’s absolutely right. And honestly? We’ve been screaming this from the rooftops since Nathan West mysteriously rose from the dead in September.

The Nathan West who died in Maxie Jones’ arms in 2018 was so devoted to his wife that he literally took a bullet from his own father trying to protect her. This was a man who flew across the country on New Year’s Eve just to be with her, who learned French to impress her, who spent their entire courtship proving that she was the only woman he would ever want.

That man would sooner chew glass than kiss his wife’s best friend.

The Evidence Has Been Piling Up

Look, we’ve been building this case for months over at General Hospital spoilers. Nathan West returned from seven years of supposed death with conveniently no memories. Britt barely flinched when her dead brother showed up. Peter August literally told Anna that Faison is “almost ready to show himself.”

And now this man is kissing Lulu while Maxie lies in a coma?

Kelly-Anne MacPherson just connected the dots that have been dangling in front of us all along. The real Nathan was obsessed with Maxie from the moment she opened her apartment door to him on New Year’s Eve 2013. He waited through her terrible relationship with Levi, through Spinelli’s return, through every single obstacle the universe threw at them. Nathan once said that Maxie was “dazzling” and that he wanted to comfort her from the moment they met.

A man that devoted doesn’t just move on to his wife’s best friend while she’s fighting for her life.

What Does This Mean for Maxie?

Here’s where things get truly horrifying. Maxie Jones is set to wake up from her coma on February 12. Kirsten Storms’ return is already confirmed.

So imagine this nightmare scenario: Maxie opens her eyes expecting to reunite with the husband she thought was dead, only to discover he’s been cozying up to Lulu. And if our Faison-in-Nathan’s-body theory proves true? She might be crawling into bed with the father of the man who terrorized her for years.

The spoilers tell us Lulu makes a confession on Friday and Rocco’s feelings are hurt. Whatever happened in that cafรฉ, it’s already destroying families. Nathan West never would have allowed that to happen. Nathan would have stayed loyal to his wife even if she’d been in a coma for fifty years.

But this version of Nathan West? He let his guard down with another woman while his wife fights for her life just across town.

The Faison Connection Cannot Be Ignored

Cesar Faison was a master of disguise who once wore Duke Lavery’s face for months. He funded the memory-mapping technology that turned Drew Cain into Jason Morgan. Creating a vessel out of his own son’s body is exactly the twisted final move this villain would orchestrate.

Britt has been working on a secret project. Cullum is threatening her with Rocco’s safety. Peter keeps appearing to Anna with cryptic warnings. And now Nathan is acting like a completely different person?

Kelly-Anne MacPherson saw it immediately. One kiss told her everything she needed to know.

GH fans, is Nathan West really Nathan, or has Faison been hiding in plain sight this whole time? Sound off in the comments!
