General Hospital
GH Spoilers Expose a Heartbreaking Gap — Where Is Robin Scorpio-Drake?
Anna Devane is institutionalized in France and Emma is handling the crisis alone. GH fans are demanding answers about Robin Scorpio-Drake’s absence.
WHERE IS ROBIN SCORPIO-DRAKE WHILE ANNA DEVANE FIGHTS FOR HER SANITY ON GENERAL HOSPITAL?
TL;DR: Anna Devane is locked in a French mental health clinic insisting Cesar Faison is alive, and Emma Scorpio-Drake just returned to Port Charles in tears after watching her grandmother get sedated — all while Robin Scorpio-Drake remains completely absent from the crisis on General Hospital. Fans are demanding answers.
A Grandmother in Chains, a Granddaughter in Tears, and a Mother Nowhere to Be Found
Let me paint you a picture of what’s happening right now on General Hospital, because it is WILD.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) — legendary spy, WSB icon, the woman who has stared down Cesar Faison more times than anyone should have to — is sitting in a French mental health clinic. Sedated. Restrained. Begging her own family to believe her when she says Faison is alive. And the people who showed up? Mac Scorpio (John J. York), Felicia (Kristina Wagner), and granddaughter Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner).
Not Robin.
Robin Scorpio-Drake is nowhere. No flight to France. No frantic phone call. No tearful FaceTime from Berkeley. Nothing. And I’m sorry, but that silence is LOUDER than anything happening inside that clinic.

Anna’s Story Is Terrifying — and It Might Not Be Crazy
Here’s what we know. On November 5, 2025, Anna privately told Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) she feared Faison might still be alive. Hours later, she was chloroformed and kidnapped right in Port Charles. During her captivity, she heard Faison’s voice taunting her through a speaker system. By February 2, she was located in France, and when Mac, Felicia, and Emma arrived on February 4, they found her in a psychiatric facility — frantic, agitated, and making a case that honestly? Isn’t as crazy as her doctors think.
“Britt and Nathan were dead,” Anna reportedly told her family, “and they are alive.” She’s not wrong! Nathan West came back from the grave in September 2025. That’s confirmed General Hospital canon. So why is everyone treating her like she’s lost her mind?
The attending physician dismissed Anna’s claims as “trauma-induced psychosis.” Clinic staff sedated her when she became too agitated. And to make things worse, Anna apparently faces assault charges in France that prevent her from being moved back to the States.
Now, as of this week, a cover story is circulating through Port Charles that Anna “went rogue” and simply had a mental breakdown. Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) isn’t buying it for a second — and neither should we.
The Robin-Shaped Hole in This Entire Story
This is where it gets personal for longtime fans. Robin Scorpio-Drake is a DOCTOR. She is Anna Devane’s only living daughter. She is the woman who literally came back from the dead — twice — because that’s how fiercely she fights for her family. The idea that Robin wouldn’t be on the first available flight the SECOND she heard her mother was institutionalized in a foreign country? It breaks every piece of character logic General Hospital has spent decades building.
Instead, it’s Emma carrying the emotional weight of this crisis. A young woman who moved in with her grandmother barely a year ago, who flew to France and watched Anna get chemically restrained, and who returned to Port Charles this week visibly shattered to deliver the bad news. Emma is doing this alone. And where the story should have a mother standing beside her daughter and fighting for her own mother’s freedom, there’s just… emptiness.
We know the real-world reasons. Kimberly McCullough has publicly stepped away from acting to pursue directing, and she’s currently co-executive producing Coven Academy for Disney+. That’s her right, and honestly, good for her. But the show successfully recast Emma with Braedyn Bruner. Robin Scorpio-Drake is too important to this story to just be a ghost.
Something Doesn’t Add Up — And Jason Knows It
Here’s the thing that should worry everyone. Felicia reportedly left France carrying a message from Anna — and spoilers suggest that message is aimed at pulling Jason deeper into the investigation. That means Anna doesn’t trust the official channels. She doesn’t trust the clinic. She doesn’t trust the cover story. And she’s reaching out to Jason Morgan because he’s the one person who believed her about Faison before she was taken.
If this “mental breakdown” narrative is actually a containment operation — and Brennan’s skepticism suggests it might be — then someone very powerful needs Anna discredited and isolated. And the fact that Robin Scorpio-Drake isn’t there to advocate for her mother, to use her medical credentials to challenge the diagnosis, to fight the legal obstacles? That’s not just a plot hole. It could be the whole point.
Don’t be surprised if Robin’s absence eventually becomes the story itself. Because right now, the Scorpio family’s emergency response has a gap the size of the Grand Canyon — and Emma Scorpio-Drake is trying to fill it alone.
