ROSS CULLUM HIDES A BODY COUNT BEHIND HIS WSB BADGE

TL;DR: We have a feeling Ross Cullum is the deadliest man in town on General Hospital, and his WSB badge is the only thing keeping him standing. He poisoned Britt, caged Liesl, and put Carly and Charlotte next on his list. A handful of people know exactly what he is, and not one of them can prove it yet.

The Man the WSB Still Calls One of Their Own

Let us say the part Port Charles keeps running into. Ross Cullum is a double agent, and the people fighting him already know it. The trouble is the badge. To the WSB he is still the director, still the good guy, still untouchable.

That is the cage everyone is stuck in. Valentin knows. Carly knows. Josslyn, Liesl, and Lucas all know. Knowing and proving are two very different things, and Cullum is counting on the gap.

So he walks into rooms with a warrant and a smile, and the law works for him while he does the dirty work himself. That is so much scarier than a villain on the run.

Think you have Ross Cullum’s endgame figured out before the WSB does? Send your theory to amber@soapoperamagazine.com and let us pick it apart together.

Look at the Body Count He Is Already Stacking

Start with the poison, because it is cold even by his standards. Cullum set a trap and let Cassius walk right into it, lifting medication from the safe to ship to the islands. The vials were swapped. What is racing toward Britt Westbourne in Tortola is not her treatment, it is a death sentence, and Cullum called her doomed without a flicker.

Then there is the woman in the basement. Cullum had Liesl Obrecht drugged, dragged to Wyndemere, and chained to Faison’s cold fusion prototype, with her son’s life as the leash. She is finishing the most dangerous machine on the planet at gunpoint, and she knows exactly who is holding the gun.

And he killed Marco. Lucas finally connected that dot, which means the murder everyone pinned on other men traces straight back to the director.

Where We Think Ross Cullum Aims Next

Here is our bet. Cullum already named his next two targets, and they are not random. With Valentin gone to Geneva to expose him, the smirking director wants leverage, and he found it in the two people Valentin would burn the world to protect.

Carly Spencer and Charlotte Cassadine are the hostages he is circling now. We predict he moves on them the second Valentin surfaces, and a man who poisons a sick woman without blinking will not hesitate to use a teenager as bait.

But every shield has a seam. Ross Cullum’s whole power comes from the WSB not knowing what the rest of them already do. The moment one person gets the proof in front of the right ear, the badge he hides behind becomes the thing that buries him.

Our wildest guess is that the people he wrote off as collateral are the ones who hand over that proof. A poisoned scientist forced to build his dream. A guilt-ridden impostor who mailed that toxin with his own hands. A teenage girl who already swore she could stop him too. Cullum stacked his enemies in one house, and we think that is precisely how this ends.

Who lands the blow that finally drops the director? Make your case in the comments and tell us who you are betting on.

So, Who Takes Cullum Down First?

We need you to settle this for us, Port Charles. Does Liesl turn that prototype into the weapon that ends her captor, or does Cassius crack his own cover to save the people he is hurting? Would you rather see Carly outwit Cullum before he ever lays a hand on Charlotte, or watch Valentin walk back into the fire to finish him? Take it to our Facebook page and drop your verdict, because this is the villain the whole town slept on.
