ROSS CULLUM STABBED MARCO RIOS, CRUSHED BRITT WESTBOURNE’S MEDICATION, AND GOT SHOT BY A TEENAGER

TL;DR: Ross Cullum stabbed Marco Rios in the chest and left him to bleed out in the dark on General Hospital. He tracked Britt Westbourne to Pier 55, crushed her medication under his shoe, and was about to shoot her when Jason Morgan tackled him. During the fight, the gun slid across the pier, and Rocco Falconeri, a teenager hiding in the shadows, picked it up and shot Ross Cullum. Port Charles will never be the same after this hour.

Cullum Did Not Come to Talk

Ross Cullum walked into Marco Rios‘ office with a knife and used it. He stabbed Marco in the chest, watched him fall, then calmly cleaned the blade while Marco lay on the floor bleeding. He picked up Marco’s phone. He read the text from Lucas Jones that said he was meeting Britt Westbourne at Pier 55. Then he stepped over Marco’s body, turned off the lights, and walked out.

He left Marco alone in the dark, gasping for air, bleeding out on the floor of Miller and Davis. Marco tried to reach his phone. He was too weak. He collapsed.

And the most gutting detail of all? Alexis Davis was right outside that door. She and Danny Morgan came to the office because she wanted to research the WSB’s jurisdiction. She was about to open the door to her office. The office where Marco was dying on the other side. Danny begged her to take him to the police station instead, and they left. Marco is still in there.

He Crushed the Medication Under His Shoe

Cullum tracked Britt to Pier 55 using the text he stole from Marco’s phone. Lucas had already handed Britt the vials. She had thanked him with tears in her eyes. She told him that she and Jason Morgan were about to leave town. Lucas told her that Marco had realized he was in too deep with his father’s business, that he had done the right thing, and that their relationship was stronger for it. They laughed about finding their person in the middle of the worst situation either of them had ever been in. Lucas said he might even miss her. They said goodbye.

And then Cullum showed up with a gun.

He demanded the vials. Britt handed them over. And Ross Cullum dumped Britt Westbourne’s medication onto the ground and crushed every last container under his shoe. The medication Marco stole from Sidwell’s safe. The medication Lucas risked everything to deliver. The medication Britt needed to stay alive. Ground into the concrete at Pier 55 while Britt watched through tears.

Cullum announced he was taking her back to Wyndemere. Britt swung her duffel bag at him and tried to run. He grabbed her. She screamed. He covered her mouth. She bit him. He let go. She tripped over her bag and knocked herself unconscious hitting her head on a container.

Cullum picked up his gun and was about to shoot Britt Westbourne on that pier.

And Then a Teenager Pulled the Trigger

Jason Morgan tackled Cullum before he could fire. Jason had head butted Dante Falconeri outside Danny’s basketball game to escape the WSB warrant, fled with an APB on his head, and made it to the pier. He got there in time. Barely.

Jason and Cullum fought. During the struggle, Cullum’s gun slid across the pier. It slid right to where Rocco Falconeriwas hiding. Rocco, who had followed Britt to the pier because he was worried about her. Rocco, who had watched Lucas hand off the medication. Rocco, who had heard everything. Rocco, who is a teenager.

Cullum pulled a retractable baton and was about to attack Jason with it. And Rocco picked up the gun and shot Ross Cullum.

A teenager. Dante Falconeri‘s son. Lulu Spencer‘s son. A kid who came to that pier because he wanted Britt Westbourne to be his medical mentor. That kid just shot the WSB director to save Jason Morgan’s life.

So What Happens Now? Because Nobody Is Walking Away From This Clean

Here is where the speculation goes absolutely feral, because the fallout from this pier is going to ripple through Port Charles for months.

Does Jason cover for Rocco? Jason Morgan has spent thirty years absorbing consequences for the people he loves. He has gone to prison for Sonny Corinthos. He has faked his death for Carly Spencer. What if he tells the police he shot Cullum himself? What if he adds shooting a WSB director to the list of things Jason Morgan has taken on his back so someone else would not have to carry it?

Does Britt take Rocco with them? She was unconscious when the shot was fired. But when she wakes up, she is going to see a teenager standing over a bleeding WSB agent with a gun in his hand. Britt was already planning to leave town with Jason. What if Rocco cannot stay in Port Charles after this? What if Jason and Britt take Dante’s son on the run with them because leaving him behind means leaving him to face charges for shooting a federal agent?

Does Rocco stay behind and lie? What if Rocco tells the police that Cullum attacked Britt and he acted in self defense? What if he says Cullum tried to kill her and he had no choice? That is technically the truth. But a teenager explaining to the PCPD why he was hiding on a pier with a gun in his hand at night is not a simple conversation, especially when his father is the one running the investigation.

And what about Dante? His son just shot a man. His colleague just put an APB on Jason Morgan. His ex-wife’s kid just became the most complicated witness in Port Charles. Dante told Danny that nobody was trying to hurt Jason. Now his own son has shot the man who was.

Do you think Jason covers for Rocco? Does Britt take him on the run? Or does Rocco face the consequences alone? And will Marco survive that office floor? Sound off below because Port Charles just exploded and we need to process this together!
