Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Wednesday, August 26, 2026 (Episode 9851) put Sheila Carter right where she does her best work: pressing on a fresh bruise. Deacon Sharpe admitted to her on Tuesday that Taylor Hayes turned down his marriage proposal, and Sheila does not waste the opening. She reminds Deacon that Taylor has walked down the aisle with Ridge Forrester more than once, yet will not say yes to him. Deacon fires back that a marriage to Ridge would put anyone off weddings for life.
Deacon insists that simply being with Taylor is enough. Sheila is not buying it, and by the end of the half hour she is quietly wondering whether Taylor’s refusal leaves a door open for her. Here is the part worth remembering. Sheila signed those divorce papers on July 9, and she did not sign them out of heartbreak. She signed them as a trade, her name on the line in exchange for a shot at supervised time with Finn and Hayes.

That Will is Will Spencer, who spent Monday night at the beach house with Melissa “Miss” Dylan. On Wednesday, Dylan finds herself defending her actions after Katie Logan Spencer caught the two of them together Tuesday. Katie has been digging into Dylan’s past for a week now. My gut tells me that suspicion and Thursday’s arrival of Dylan’s mother Darcy are the same story wearing two outfits.

Sheila Earned the Empty Apartment She Bargained For
Let’s be honest about Wednesday. Sheila is not grieving Deacon. She is inventorying him, the way she inventoried Finn’s schedule before Monaco. She gave up a husband who loved her for a son who does not want her, and now she wants a refund on the trade. She is not the wronged party here.
Deacon’s problem is different and more dangerous. “Just being with Taylor is enough” is what a man says right before he starts keeping score.
