Just when Ridge Forrester thought he had it all figured out with Taylor Hayes, here comes Nick Marone to throw a massive wrench in the works! The fan-favorite sailor is making his grand return to Los Angeles on June 13, 2025, and trust me when I say — Brooke Logan won’t be the only one affected by this blast from the past.

Let’s be real here. We ALL knew that Taylor’s return to B&B last year was going to spell trouble for Brooke and Ridge’s relationship. But who could have predicted it would crumble this spectacularly? Ridge chose Taylor (again!), leaving Brooke to wander the halls of Forrester Creations like a lost soul since Hope Logan and Carter Walton’s dramatic takeover shook everything up.

When Old Flames Reignite

Here’s where things get REALLY interesting. Nick Marone — yes, Ridge’s own half-brother who was married to BOTH Brooke and Taylor — is sailing back into town with romance on his mind. And let me tell you, the timing couldn’t be more perfect… or more devastating, depending on whose side you’re on!

Brooke has been absolutely devastated since Ridge felt betrayed by how she handled her daughter’s coup. Their relationship was already hanging by a thread thanks to Taylor’s medical problems (remember that whole broken heart syndrome drama?), and it didn’t take much for Steffy Forrester to convince her parents to reunite. Poor Brooke got left out in the cold, and honestly? It’s been painful to watch.

But everything’s about to change.

The Jealousy Factor No One Saw Coming

Sources are saying sparks will FLY between Nick and Brooke when he returns, and you know what that means — Ridge is about to get a reality check he never saw coming!

Think about it. Ridge had it easy when he dumped Brooke for Taylor. Why? Because he KNEW Brooke was still pining away for him, waiting in the wings, hoping he’d come to his senses. That’s always been their pattern, right? Ridge waffles between Brooke and Taylor, and Brooke waits it out because she believes they’re “destined” to be together.

But what happens when Ridge sees Brooke in Nick Marone’s arms? What happens when she’s genuinely moving on with someone who actually knows how to commit to ONE woman?

Taylor Should Be Very, Very Worried

If history has taught us anything about Ridge Forrester, it’s that the man CANNOT handle seeing Brooke with another man. Remember what happened every other time Nick and Brooke got close? Ridge suddenly remembered how much he “loves” Brooke and came running back!

Taylor Hayes might want to start preparing herself now, because once Ridge’s jealousy kicks into high gear, all those promises he made to her are going to start looking pretty shaky. We’ve seen this movie before, and it never ends well for Taylor.

Will Nick and Ridge battle over Brooke again? If the past is any indication, we’re in for an EPIC showdown between the half-brothers. And honestly? After everything Ridge has put Brooke through lately, maybe it’s time someone gave him a taste of his own medicine!
