But the real problem isn’t Sheila anymore. Even if Sheila vanished from the face of the earth tomorrow, Ridge Forrester would still despise this relationship. He doesn’t think Deacon is good enough for Taylor. He never has. He never will. Strip away the Sheila danger and what you’re left with is a man who simply cannot accept his ex-wife being happy with someone else.

That’s not protection. That’s possession.

Brooke Should Be Terrified Right Now

The longer Taylor and Deacon stay together, the worse this gets for Brooke. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers hint that Ridge may start obsessing over Taylor again, and if that happens, Brooke Logan has every reason in the world to panic.

If things go south with Deacon, Ridge might not say “I told you so.” He might offer a shoulder to cry on instead.

And maybe even a bed to land in.
