“You will no longer associate with Deacon… or you’re going to lose me and our family,” Steffy orders Taylor Hayes point-blank.

That’s not a request, honey. That’s an ultimatum.

We’ve been watching Steffy warn her mother for weeks about the danger of getting too close to Sheila Carter’s husband, but Taylor hasn’t exactly been listening. And after Friday’s episode where Deacon confessed his love and Taylor admitted she feels the same way, Steffy is clearly done playing nice. She’s forcing her mother to make a choice that no woman should have to make: the man she’s fallen for or her own children.

Eric Forrester’s Secret Could Blow Up Two Families

Speaking of secrets that are absolutely going to detonate, Eric Forrester is still insisting that his role as lead designer at Katie Logan’s fashion house Logan must stay under wraps.

“It has to be kept a secret,” Eric insists — because nothing ever stays buried in Los Angeles, right?

Eric agreed to come out of retirement to help Katie launch her company after Ridge pushed him out of Forrester Creations. He’s been bitter about it ever since, and now he’s channeling that energy into building a rival fashion house right under his son’s nose. Brooke already came dangerously close to discovering the truth when she walked in on Eric at Katie’s office, but somehow they managed to cover. For now.

Katie, meanwhile, seems thrilled with how things are progressing. “It’s exactly what I was thinking of for Logan,” she says about whatever new development is coming together for her fashion house.

Between Donna keeping this secret from Brooke, Eric hiding from Ridge, and Katie gleefully plotting her revenge on the sister who tried to steal her family name, this is a powder keg just waiting to explode. And The Bold and the Beautiful fans know it’s only a matter of time.

A New Romance on the Horizon?

In lighter news, a chance collision between Dylan and RJ Forrester has our shipper hearts fluttering.

“I’m so sorry,” Dylan says after bumping into the handsome young Forrester.

“I’m Steffy’s brother, RJ Forrester,” he introduces himself — because of course he does.

Dylan has been stuck in the middle of the Will and Electra situation for weeks now, with Ivy lurking in the bushes accusing her of trying to steal Electra’s boyfriend. But RJ? RJ is single, gorgeous, and just returned to town. When a mysterious newcomer literally crashes into a member of the Forrester family, that’s not an accident. That’s destiny calling.

We’re calling it now: these two are going to be a thing, and Electra might actually be relieved.
