The Bold and the Beautiful
The Forrester Family Keeps Enabling Thomas Forrester and It’s Going to Blow Up Again on B&B
Thomas Forrester is back at HFTF on Bold and the Beautiful and the Forrester family has learned absolutely nothing. Chaos incoming!

BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL’S THOMAS FORRESTER IS BACK AND HIS FAMILY HAS LEARNED ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
TL;DR: Thomas Forrester announced his triumphant return to HFTF on Bold and the Beautiful, and Ridge and Steffy rolled out the red carpet while dismissing Deke as “the pizza-maker’s son.” This family never learns, and history is about to repeat itself.
Here We Go Again
The Forrester family has a pattern, and it’s not a cute one. Every time Thomas Forrester does something unhinged, they gasp, they clutch their pearls, they vow things will be different… and then they welcome him back with open arms like nothing happened. Rinse and repeat. And on Thursday’s episode of Bold and the Beautiful, we watched it happen in real time.
Thomas waltzed into Steffy’s office announcing it’s time for him to contribute to Hope For The Future again. Steffy was THRILLED. Ridge was DELIGHTED. And poor Deke? Dismissed as “the pizza-maker’s son” who they no longer need now that the prodigal Forrester has returned.
The absolute AUDACITY of this family to keep enabling Thomas Forrester while treating everyone else as disposable is genuinely breathtaking. And we’re supposed to believe this time will be different? Please.

Let’s Review Thomas’s Greatest Hits, Shall We?
For anyone suffering from the same selective amnesia as the Forrester family, let’s take a quick trip down memory lane. Thomas Forrester is the man who let Hope believe her baby Beth was dead so he could manipulate her into a relationship. He kept that secret while Hope GRIEVED. He watched her fall apart and said nothing because it served his obsession.
This is also the man who has flip-flopped between stable and unhinged more times than we can count. The guy who creates chaos wherever he goes and then gets welcomed back into the family fold because he’s a Forrester and Forresters protect their own, no matter how much damage they cause.
And now Ridge and Steffy are handing him Hope’s fashion line on a silver platter. The line literally named after the woman he was obsessed with. What could POSSIBLY go wrong?
The Douglas Situation Makes Zero Sense
Here’s what’s really grinding my gears. Thomas told Ridge that Douglas will stay in Paris while he flies back and forth occasionally. But wait… wasn’t Douglas JUST in Los Angeles for Hope and Liam’s wedding? That kid was literally giving speeches about how happy he is that his parents are back together.
So either Thomas is already lying about his living arrangements, or he’s planning to ship his son back to Paris right after Christmas so he can chase whatever he’s really after in LA. Neither option paints Thomas Forrester in a flattering light.
A truly reformed, devoted father doesn’t casually mention leaving his child on another continent while he pops in “once in a while” to design dresses. That’s not co-parenting. That’s abandonment with extra steps.
Deke Deserves Better Than This
Meanwhile, Deke is over here being humble, talented, and grateful for his opportunity. He told Hope he doesn’t want special treatment. He just wants to prove himself. He’s nervous about his future and genuinely wants to earn his place at Forrester Creations.
And what did Zende say about him? “Good but not great.” What did Thomas say? They can have his triumphant return “or keep the pizza-maker’s son.” The CLASSISM. The elitism. The absolute Forrester superiority complex on display.
Hope promised to protect her brother. She said HFTF is her line and there’s room for both of them. But Steffy already declared that Deke “doesn’t have a future” now that Thomas is back. Hope is about to be steamrolled by the Forrester machine, and Deke is collateral damage.
This Will End in Flames
Mark my words: enabling Thomas Forrester is going to backfire spectacularly. It always does. The man cannot be around Hope without things getting complicated. He cannot be in that building without drama following him like a shadow.
Ridge asked how Hope would feel about Thomas returning and nobody had an answer. That silence was LOUD. They all know this is a bad idea. They’re just pretending they don’t because Thomas shares their last name.
When this explodes, and it WILL explode, nobody gets to act surprised. The Forrester family was warned. They just chose not to listen. Again.
Sound off in the comments: How long until Thomas’s return blows up in everyone’s faces?
