It was all a scam orchestrated by Dr. Grace Buckingham to extort money from Bill Spencer. After facing his own mortality, Liam has a new lease on life and he’s determined to spend it protecting the people he loves.

Guess who’s at the top of that list? Hope.

The timing couldn’t be worse (or better, if you’re a drama-loving fan like me). Hope’s relationship with Carter Walton is reportedly in shambles after she caught him kissing Daphne Rose. Her fashion line “Hope for the Future” is dying without Thomas’s design genius. She NEEDS him professionally, but Liam would rather see that company burn than let Thomas near Hope again!

The Paris Buckingham Bomb Nobody’s Talking About

Can we discuss the elephant in the room? Thomas left town engaged to Paris Buckingham. Yes, THAT Buckingham family. Her father Reese stole baby Beth. Her mother Grace faked Liam’s brain tumor. If Thomas returns married to Paris, that’s basically him aligning himself with the family that tried to destroy Liam’s entire life!

Talk about adding gasoline to an already raging fire!

What’s REALLY Going to Happen?

Actor Matthew Atkinson teased that Thomas has undergone “one particular very large change” that will shock everyone. My theory? He’s either coming back married to Paris (which would send Liam into protective overdrive) or he’s returning single and ready to win Hope back. Either way, Liam is NOT going to handle this well.

And let’s be real—does Liam really just want to protect Hope, or does he want her back? The man’s been “encouraging” her to be happy with other men, but we all know that’s code for “I’m still in love with you but trying to be noble about it.”

September can’t get here fast enough! This rivalry has everything—betrayal, obsession, stolen babies, fake brain tumors, mannequin relationships, and enough baggage to fill a cargo plane. Thomas and Liam have been circling each other for YEARS, and with Hope once again caught in the middle, this showdown is going to be EXPLOSIVE.

Will Hope finally tell both men to take a hike? (We can dream.) Will Thomas revert to his obsessive ways? Will Liam go full caveman protective mode?

One thing’s for certain—when these two titans clash, nobody in Los Angeles will be left unscathed. And honestly? After the relatively calm summer we’ve had, we NEED this drama injection!
