ZENDE FORRESTER DOMINGUEZ IS DONE AND LOGAN IS LISTENING

TL;DR: Zende Forrester Dominguez just threw a paper ball at Carter Walton’s head, called himself a footnote to RJ Forrester, and ranted that Hope for the Future is being marginalized into oblivion. On B&B, that is not a tantrum. That is a resignation letter being drafted in real time, and Katie Logan is already standing across town with a pen.

Carter Walton Just Caught a Paper Ball to the Head

On Friday, May 15, Carter Walton walked into the design office at Forrester Creations and took a paper ball to the head. The man throwing the paper ball was Zende Forrester Dominguez, professional grown adult, lead designer for Hope for the Future, and a man at the absolute end of every available rope on The Bold and the Beautiful.

He told Carter that Hope and HFTF are being marginalized. He raged that he is now expected to review RJ Forrester‘s designs because the golden boy is back. He called himself a footnote to Ridge Jr. He told Carter he is getting screwed and that he has worked too hard to be screwed by anybody.

A grown man does not throw office supplies at his coworker over a perfume bottle. Zende Forrester Dominguez has decided he is done.

The Last Straw Has a Name

The minute RJ walked back into Forrester Creations as the prodigal son returned, the math shifted. He got the welcome. He got the prestige assignments. He got the Forrester name on the door. And Zende got handed RJ’s sketches to review like an unpaid intern with a clipboard.

Meanwhile, Hope for the Future is on the chopping block. Steffy Forrester Finnegan has openly admitted she wonders if Hope’s line is even worth the trouble. Hope Logan is at her mother’s house panicking. The entire collection Zende designed for HFTF is on track to be shelved because Ridge Forrester loves his son and the Forrester boardroom does not have room for two heirs.

Zende did not grind his way up the design ladder for a decade to watch the boss’s kid inherit it.

Logan Is Already Calling and Bill Spencer Is Holding the Phone

Liam Spencer said it out loud in the same episode. He told Hope they should bring Zende on board too. He tossed it off like he was suggesting an extra coffee order. He has no idea what he set in motion.

Because Katie Logan is not running a charity. She is running a competing fashion house with Eric Forrester‘s designs, Bill Spencer‘s money, and a chip on her shoulder the size of Brooke Logan‘s ego. Katie wants to bury Forrester Creations and she wants to do it with their own people.

Hope is already half out the door. Zende Forrester Dominguez is exactly the kind of name that turns Logan from a vanity project into a real threat. Two top designers. One unified mission to humiliate the family that froze them out. Logan does not have to outshine Forrester. Logan only has to peel the talent away one resignation at a time until the Forrester runway looks like an empty showroom.

The Truly Diabolical Part

Here is where it detonates. Brooke walked into Ridge’s office this week and demanded to be Co-CEO. Ridge said no. He chose Steffy. Brooke is sitting in her living room nursing a wound the size of forty years of Forrester history, and Hope is right next to her with a husband at Logan and an open invitation.

Now add Zende Forrester Dominguez walking out the same week. Brooke watches her daughter leave. Brooke watches her nephew leave. Brooke sits with the indignity of being denied the title she demanded, and Katie is across town turning every Forrester defection into a Logan press release.

The moment Zende defects, Hope follows. The moment Hope follows, Brooke chooses. And the moment Brooke chooses, the building Ridge has spent his life keeping intact has nobody left in it but Steffy and the boy he picked her over for.

That is the math. That is exactly the math Katie has been running since the day she walked Eric out of Forrester and into her own building.

The paper ball was not a tantrum. It was the first move.
