Ridge Forrester scrambles to mitigate the fallout from whatever decision he made over the weekend about Brooke and the co-CEO chair, which translates to Ridge desperately trying to keep his wife and his daughter from going to war in the lobby.

Steffy gets caught off guard, which is a polite way of saying she finds out something she did not see coming and the look on her face is going to be one for the highlight reel.

Dylan urges Remy Pryce to respect her wishes, which is Dylan code for begging her cousin to stop terrorizing Electra and stay the hell away from her family. Remy, in classic Remy fashion, will absolutely not respect her wishes.

Tuesday, May 19

Zende Forrester Dominguez comes to an understanding about his future at Forrester, which after weeks of being treated like a glorified seamstress for everyone else’s vision means Zende is finally putting his foot down about being an actual designer.

Taylor Hayes gains a new perspective about Brooke, which is the most loaded phrase in soap opera shorthand and almost guaranteed to mean Taylor is about to either defend the woman she has hated for thirty years or finally get the receipts to bury her.

Hope Logan gets some bad news, and given that her entire universe right now is Hope For the Future being shelved and her mother’s co-CEO play hanging in limbo, that bad news is going to land like a freight train.

Wednesday, May 20

Katie Logan questions her motives behind pursuing Hope, which is a moment of genuine self-reflection from a woman who has been telling herself this is purely a business move while Donna Logan accuses her of using her niece to get back at Brooke for stealing Bill Spencer twenty years ago.

RJ Forrester and Zende Forrester Dominguez put their differences aside for the sake of the company, which suggests the design office is finally getting a hot second of peace. Enjoy it while it lasts.

Tensions rise as Hope Logan demands answers from Steffy, and this is the confrontation the entire week has been building toward. Hope wants to know exactly when her line is coming back, exactly what her future at Forrester looks like, and exactly why she keeps getting treated like an afterthought in a building her own mother helped build. Steffy is not going to give her the answers she wants.

Electra Forrester learns a shocking truth, and based on weeks of buildup involving Dylan, Remy Pryce, and the deep fakes that destroyed Electra’s mental health, the truth she is about to learn is that Dylan and Remy are cousins and Dylan has been working in the same building as her this entire time without saying a word.

Friday, May 22

Hope Logan’s career at Forrester hangs in the balance, which is the cliffhanger of the week. Does she walk into Katie’s office at Logan and accept the lifeline? Does she dig her heels in and stay at Forrester out of sheer Logan stubbornness? Or does she do something nobody expects and start her own company?

Will Spencer puts his heart on the line, which after weeks of being torn between Electra and Dylan suggests Will is finally going to pick one of them and live with the fallout. Given what Electra has just learned about Dylan being related to her tormentor, the timing on Will’s grand romantic gesture could not possibly be worse.
