Audra Charles Refuses to Back Down From Claire Newman
Holden Novak tried. He REALLY tried. But telling Audra Charles to cut her losses and stop fighting with Claire Newman is like telling water not to be wet. It’s simply not happening!
At the GCAC bar, Holden approaches Audra and asks why she’s sitting there while the Abbott Communications launch party is happening downstairs. Doesn’t she feel humiliated watching everyone walk past her to celebrate? Audra fires back that she was INVITED but chose not to go because the night should be about her best friend Sally. Sure, Jan.
Holden warns Audra that she needs to find a way to get along with Claire. But Audra isn’t having ANY of it. She announces she’s going to take Claire down, and there’s nothing Holden or anyone else can do to stop her! When Holden ominously responds with “don’t be so sure about that,” Audra reminds him that whatever she did back in the day, HE was right there beside her. If she goes down, he goes down too!
But here’s where it gets SPICY. Holden claims he’s solved his “Audra problem” and that if she falls, she won’t take him with her anymore. Audra Charles laughs this off, insisting that Claire will get tired of him soon because Claire wants someone with POWER, and Holden is merely “power-adjacent.” The SHADE!

Cane Ashby Worms His Way Into Lily Winters’ Party Plans
Speaking of people who won’t take no for an answer, Cane Ashby spotted Lily Winters at Crimson Lights and immediately started working his charm. Lily mentioned she’s attending the Abbott Communications launch party, and Cane basically invited himself as her plus-one.
Lily tried to resist, pointing out that his “show of humility is as fake as his phony French name” and that tying himself to Phyllis Summers wasn’t helping his cause. But Cane dropped the bomb that there’s NO Phyllis in his future anymore because she stole his software. He wants to turn back the clock with Lily and “fun her up” at this retro 50s-themed party.
Against her better judgment, Lily finally agreed to let Cane be her plus-one. She made it VERY clear this is NOT a date, just attending together. But she also admitted that people whispering behind their drinks about them might actually make the night fun. These two are absolutely going to be the talk of the party!
Sharon Newman Grills Sienna Bacall About Noah Newman
Meanwhile, Sharon Newman sat Sienna Bacall down for a heart-to-heart about her son Noah Newman. Sharon wanted to know point-blank if Sienna is in love with Noah. When Sienna admitted she is, Sharon dropped a truth bomb: the idea of a woman like Sienna being in love with her son bothers her A LOT.
Sharon’s worried about Noah’s safety, his wellbeing, and his heart. Matt Clark is dangerous, and Noah has a pattern of wanting to rescue people. Sienna suggested maybe she should leave Genoa City as soon as possible, but Noah insisted she’s staying until Matt isn’t a danger anymore. This Matt Clark situation is FAR from over, Young and the Restlessfans!
Claire Newman Is Digging Into Audra Charles’ Past
In an interesting twist, Claire Newman paid Sienna a visit to ask about Audra’s past in LA. Claire knows Audra stole a check and gave Holden a cut, but she suspects something WORSE happened between them. Sienna confirmed she’s always suspected there’s more to the story but couldn’t give Claire specifics.
Whatever Audra did, it’s clearly enough for Holden to feel confident he’s untouchable now. This secret is going to EXPLODE eventually!
