Forced Friends in France: Audra Charles & Lily Winters on Y&R
Young & the Restless fans have been stuck in Cane Ashby’s maze with all of his guests for weeks, but did not have this new friendship on their Bingo card. Did Phyllis Summers just push Audra Charles & Lily Winters into a friendship? Or, was it Audra’s desperation & Lily’s conflicted feelings for both her ex-husband Cane Ashby & her latest lover, who was just killed, Damian Kane?
What is going on? Where’s Devon for Lily? Where’s Sally for Audra? How long will these people be in this maze?
Miss Desperate in the South of France: Audra Charles
If Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) wasn’t busy figuring out who was trying to kill him & who killed Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers), he would have time to order Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) some Miss Desperate swag. After all, Cane continues to get the finest & freshest food for all of his guests to his maze dining area in the South of France, even though no one else but him & Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) can get on & off the property. Certainly, there should be a France version of Amazon Prime to celebrate the most beautiful & desperate of the ball. However, for Audra’s benefit, it’s working out that the addition of Miss Desperate swag is not working out.
Audra has ditched her main gal pal, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), for her most recent Colleague with Benefits, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Now that Kyle proved to be a bust yet again, Audra is on the verge of being forced into friendship with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) inside the prettiest maze of hell in the South of France on Young & the Restless.
Audra Charles & Lily Winters with Nate in Common
…& now Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) in common is enough for Audra Charles & Lily Winters to find common ground & possibly a friendship, at least until they can leave Cane Ashby’s prettiest maze of hell & they share the news in Genoa City that Damian was killed.
Lily’s confidant on this trip turned out to be Damian & Audra’s confidant turned out to be Kyle. Now Lily & Audra only have one another after being spooked by Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), whom they both share disdain for.
Audra needs a friend. Lily needs a friend. Audra will need backup when it comes to Nate after she returns to Genoa City. Will Audra & Lily’s mutual hatred for Phyllis Summers motivate Lily to back up whatever tale Audra tries to tell Nate to cover up what she almost did with Kyle Abbott? Lily will be supportive of Nate & Damian’s mother, Amy Lewis (Valerie Pettiford), as will Audra. Will Lily support Audra being supportive of Nate & Amy?
If so, Audra hasn’t lost a damn thing, but has gained a new friend on Young & the Restless.
