The Young and the Restless
EXCLUSIVE FRIDAY CANADIAN Y&R DAY-AHEAD: Billy Abbott Pours the Champagne and Drops a Bombshell That Has Sally Spectra Seeing Red
Billy Abbott showed up with candles, champagne, and a stolen company on The Young and the Restless. Sally Spectra is not impressed.

BILLY ABBOTT THINKS A STOLEN EMPIRE IS ROMANTIC AND SALLY SPECTRA IS NOT BUYING IT ON FRIDAY’S Y&R
TL;DR: Friday’s The Young and the Restless is dripping with Valentine’s Day drama. Billy Abbott shows up with champagne and a company he had no business acquiring, and Sally wants nothing to do with it. Meanwhile, Kyle plants one on Audra, Adam romances Chelsea, Jack tries to make Diane forget about Nikki, and Noah makes a grand gesture in LA.<div style=”border: 3px solid #E63371; padding: 15px; background: #E63371; text-align: center; margin: 20px 0; font-weight: bold; color: #FFFFFF;”>Welcome to Your EXCLUSIVE Canadian Day-Ahead YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS BREAKDOWN!
ATTENTION US FANS: IF YOU DON’T WANT FRIDAY SPOILERS, CLICK AWAY!

Billy Abbott Thinks He’s Prince Charming. Sally Spectra Thinks He’s Lost His Mind.
Billy Abbott went all out for Valentine’s Day on The Young and the Restless. Candles. Food. The whole production. Sally Spectra takes one look at the setup, rolls her eyes, and reminds him that flowers and champagne solve absolutely nothing.
She’s right.
Billy Abbott tries to set the mood, begging her to put the tension aside for one night. Sally reluctantly picks up a champagne glass and then puts it right back down, because she knows exactly what this is — a man trying to romance his way out of accountability.
Then Billy Abbott drops the bomb. Chancellor is his. And Newman Media? That belongs to Sally now.
Sally is not thanking him. She is horrified. Because she can do the math on this one — Phyllis Summers double-crossed Cane Ashby and handed Billy everything on a silver platter, and now not only is Victor Newman his enemy, but Cane is too. Sally tells him this is everything she was afraid would happen and she refuses to be collateral damage in his war.
Billy fires back that he doesn’t know when ambition became a dirty word. He can’t live like this anymore. And then he walks away from the conversation entirely.
Happy Valentine’s Day, Sally.

Kyle Abbott Kissed Audra Charles and Then Left Her With the Bill
This might be the most chaotic Valentine’s Day energy in all of Genoa City.
Audra Charles plops down next to Kyle Abbott at Society, and immediately these two start going at each other. Kyle taunts her about Nate. Audra taunts him about Claire Newman, suggesting she’s probably being romanced by Holden Novak in LA right now. Kyle fires back that once Claire finds out what Audra did with Holden, she’ll destroy her.
Audra accuses Kyle of being obsessed with her. He leans in. She leans in. They kiss.
And then Kyle pulls back, tells Audra she will never have him, and walks out — leaving her with the tab.
We have no choice but to respect the pettiness.
Adam Newman and Chelsea Lawson Are Disgustingly Adorable
Over at the GCAC, Adam Newman and Chelsea Lawson are doing Valentine’s Day the way it’s supposed to be done — minus the corporate theft. Chelsea has spent the day working on a solar panel charger with Connor and is now convinced their son has a crush on some girl named Adele after going through his garbage. Relatable parenting.
Adam had planned a romantic evening that fell apart thanks to Phyllis’s takeover, but Chelsea is not letting Victor’s mess ruin their night. They exchange valentines at dinner, hold hands, and remind each other not to take what they have for granted.
It’s sweet. It’s tender. It will absolutely not last because this is a soap opera.
Jack Abbott Is Trying Very Hard and Diane Jenkins Is Not Having It
Jack Abbott left Diane a Valentine and a rose. She loved it. For about thirty seconds. Then the Nikki Newman of it all crept back in, because Diane cannot and will not stop talking about Nikki taking advantage of Jack’s loyalty.
Jack suggests they table the Nikki conversation for one day. They toast martinis. They dance. They tell each other they’re impressive for saving Jabot. It’s genuinely lovely.
But we all know Diane Jenkins is storing that Nikki resentment in a vault and she will be making a withdrawal very, very soon.
Noah Newman Makes His Move in LA
Noah Newman tracked Sienna Bacall down in Los Angeles, and she is not thrilled about it. She told him she didn’t want to be followed. She doesn’t want him stuck in a life he’ll regret. She loves him, but love doesn’t guarantee a future.
Noah is not hearing it. He tells her he’ll deal with all her baggage and then some. After Sienna admits she went back to the theatre where they met and realized how alone she feels without him, Noah asks her to come back to Genoa City and start over.
It’s Valentine’s Day, he reminds her. What better time for a new beginning? They dance. They kiss. And honestly? We’re rooting for them.

WATCH THIS: Will Billy end up losing it all?
@soapoperamag I genuinely don't think Billy thought this through… He was so focused on getting Chancellor that he didn't stop to think about what Victoria would do once he crossed her. And now? She's going STRAIGHT to the kids. This is about to get ugly. #YR ♬ original sound – Soap Opera Magazine
