Billy Abbott and Kyle Abbott Are Actually Agreeing on Something
Hell has officially frozen over in Genoa City! Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, December 22 reveal that Billy Abbott and Kyle find themselves on the same side, and fans are absolutely STUNNED!
These two have been at each other’s throats for what feels like forever. Kyle has resented Billy for years, viewing him as the family screw-up who keeps getting chances he doesn’t deserve. Billy, meanwhile, has never fully trusted Kyle, especially after Kyle’s cozy relationship with Victor Newman and his willingness to betray the Abbott family when it suited him.
So what could POSSIBLY bring these two enemies together? The answer is almost certainly Victor Newman’s war against Jabot. With the family company on the brink of collapse and Victor coming for everything the Abbotts have built, Billy Abbott and Kyle might finally realize that their petty grievances don’t matter when the entire legacy is at stake.
Jack recently sent Billy to offer Phyllis a blank check to steal back the AI software from Victor. Meanwhile, Diane has been setting traps to catch Victor in illegal activity. If Billy and Kyle are both working angles to save Jabot, it makes sense they’d eventually cross paths and realize they’re more effective as allies than enemies.
But here’s the real question: can this alliance actually LAST? Billy has a history of going rogue when he thinks he knows best, and Kyle isn’t exactly known for his loyalty when better opportunities come along. This team-up might save Jabot, or it might implode spectacularly!

Victoria Newman Is Worried About Claire and Holden
Victoria is sounding the alarm about Claire Newman spending time with Holden Novak, and honestly? She has every right to be concerned!
Victoria has watched Claire go from one complicated relationship to another. First there was the whole Kyle situation, complete with betrayal in the South of France and Victor’s secret deal to pay Kyle off if he ever broke Claire’s heart. Now Claire has moved on to Holden, and the warning signs are flashing.
Holden Novak has a VIOLENT past. He accidentally killed a man who attacked Audra Charles, and while it was ruled self-defense, that kind of history doesn’t just disappear. Victoria knows that Claire has been through enough trauma to last several lifetimes, and the last thing her daughter needs is to get tangled up with someone who has blood on his hands.
The irony isn’t lost on anyone that Victoria is worried about Claire dating someone with a dark past when Claire herself tried to kill the entire Newman family not that long ago. But that’s exactly WHY Victoria is so protective! She knows how easy it is to get pulled into dangerous situations, and she doesn’t want Claire repeating old patterns.
Will Victoria’s concerns push Claire closer to Holden, or will Claire actually listen to her mother for once?
Victor Newman Seethes Over Nikki’s Betrayal
The Great Victor Newman is absolutely FURIOUS after Nikki puts her support behind Jack Abbott! After everything Victor has done to destroy Jabot and take down his nemesis, his own wife is choosing Jack’s side?
Nikki has been struggling with Victor’s vendetta for weeks now. She’s watched him use stolen AI software to attack companies, manipulate the media through Adam and Chelsea, and systematically try to destroy a family that Nikki has known for decades. At some point, even Nikki Newman has to draw a line!
Victor isn’t going to take this betrayal lightly. When Victor seethes, people get HURT. The question is whether he’ll direct that rage at Jack or whether Nikki herself will face consequences for daring to defy The Mustache. Either way, the Newman marriage is heading into dangerous territory, and Christmas is going to be VERY awkward at the ranch!
