Billy Boy to Turn on the Abbotts for Chancellor
Billy Boy is right about something… His fake half-brother, Cane Ashby, wants Chancellor Industries. However, Billy has no idea of the depth of Cane’s plans in Genoa City. The man formally known as Aristotle Dumas, Cane Ashby, wants it all, including Newman Enterprises.
Next to getting Chancellor back, Billy Boy would love nothing more to take down The Mustache. Will Billy Abbott betray his own family to get it all with Cane in Genoa City on Young & the Restless?
Billy Abbott Forgets About Jack & His Investment
Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) just drew up a contract on a random piece of paper on the train in France with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) that she gets to run Abbott Communications as CEO if Billy gets Chancellor back. Billy & Sally have been dating all of about ten minutes & they are either fighting about business or making out. It isn’t going to last. Sally giving up what she had at Marchetti to work with Billy at his only on-paper company was ridiculous. Almost as ridiculous is that Billy Boy has put all of this into motion without consulting with his brother, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), who is funding Abbott Communications.
Billy Boy Doubles Down on Crossing Smilin’ Jack Abbott
Smilin’ Jack Abbott won’t be smiling once it comes up that Billy is working with Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) to get back Chancellor, along with taking over every large company in Genoa City with a last name on its building, including Jabot. Billy loves his brother Jack but hates Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) far more. When Cane presents the same scenario as he presented to Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), that being to be willing to betray anyone & everyone in Genoa City regardless of their last name, Billy Boy will begin to drool with joy at the possibility of taking The Mustache down & won’t think twice about crossing his family.
Billy’s Attempt to Justify Teaming Up With Cane Ashby
Billy will try to sell the silver lining of Cane’s big takeover. If Billy & Cane work together & things can go Billy’s way for once, Billy would have control of Jabot, & after all, he’s an Abbott. Jabot would still be in an Abbott’s hands, but Cane would still have some power & at this point, his power play is unknown. It’s vital for all of this to work that Billy gets his brother Smilin’ Jack to smile again, along with some drooling, but reminding him that they will have control of Newman Enterprises.
Surely if this all works out, Billy Boy won’t stop & will attempt to oust Cane Ashby from the entire mix, but one thing at a time on Young & the Restless.
