Adam Newman Drops a Secret Newman Media Bombshell on Victor

Adam Newman tells Chelsea Newman he’s offering to buy back Newman Media, and he swears it’s for a good cause: taking the pressure off his father and doing Sally Spectra a solid at the same time. There’s one tiny detail he conveniently leaves out of that pitch. Chelsea.

She’s not thrilled to learn her husband is out here making sweeping business decisions solo, since they usually debate everything down to toothpaste brand. He asks her to hear him out anyway, and honestly, that’s Adam in a nutshell.

Here’s the real problem: Adam has zero intention of telling Victor the truth. The deal comes wrapped in an NDA tight enough that Victor never finds out his own son is bankrolling it. Chelsea warns he’s planting himself directly between Billy and Victor’s crossfire, and that kind of secret tends to blow up spectacularly.

Sally and Audra Charles sign off at the GCAC, still nervous but committed. Back at the ranch, Chelsea and Adam Newman check in on Nikki before Adam Newman casually drops the actual grenade: Newman Media is coming back into the family.

Victor’s reaction says it all. “What did you do?”

Nick Newman Confesses He Needs Rehab

At Crimson Lights, Nick Newman corners Phyllis about her very public thing with Matt Clark, and she does not back down, confirming they’re officially a couple now. Nick calls Matt simply horrible and accuses Phyllis of being desperate, and she suggests he take that complaint straight to his own father.

Once Phyllis storms off, Sharon Newman catches Nick spiraling and he finally admits he isn’t okay. He tells her about Phyllis and Matt, about his mom still not seeing, and about how close he feels to losing his grip entirely. He needs more support than he’s currently getting.

“I think I need to go to rehab,” he admits.

Claire and Holden Bond Over Nikki’s Recovery

At the Chancellor Park cafรฉ, Claire Newman runs into Holden Novak, and the timing could not be better. She tells him her grandmother still can’t see and that she and her mother are nowhere near the same page about it.

Holden points out she’s handling this exactly the way his own mother would, and Claire isn’t surprised in the slightest. She’s glad she runs into him, since he brightens her whole day considerably. They kiss.

Bold Move or Biggest Mistake of His Life

Adam Newman thought a secret NDA would keep his father in the dark forever, and instead walked straight into the one question he can’t dodge. Is this loyalty to Sally worth torching his relationship with Victor? Head to our Facebook page and tell us where you land.
