Ashley Abbott Quietly Picks a Side and It Is Not Jack’s

At Jabot, Jack Abbott tells Ashley Abbott and Traci Abbott that the family may be richer than they ever realized, but that new wealth could come at a steep personal cost. He lays out what Billy has found and admits Kyle is already checking with attorneys to see if the documents hold up.

Jack does not want to pursue any of it, and Traci agrees, worried about what it would do to Lily and Cane. Ashley Abbott sees it differently, wondering out loud if this whole mess could actually be a gift from their father.

She tells her brother they should let Billy handle this on his own, insisting that trying to stop him will only make things worse. Jack pushes back, reminding her they are John’s heirs too and have as much of a say in what happens next.

Ashley is sure there is no stopping Billy anyway, and she warns Jack that digging in against their brother could wreck more than a business deal. By the end of the conversation, Ashley Abbott has all but sided with Billy, leaving Jack wondering if his own sister is choosing Chancellor over family peace.

Billy Abbott Declares War on Lily Winters and Cane Ashby

At Y&R‘s Society, Billy tells Lily Winters and Cane Ashby that Chancellor is about to change hands again. Cane dismisses it as wishful thinking, but when Lily tries to fire Billy on the spot, he informs her she does not have the power, since the Abbotts already own the company.

Billy lays out the story of the loan John gives to save Chancellor decades ago, insisting the truth sits buried in the basement while everyone assumes Katherine deserves all the credit. He accuses his own mother of covering for herself when she sells the company to Victor. Lily warns him he will lose everything that matters if he keeps pushing this, then walks away.

Billy marches straight to Holden Novak and tells him Cane’s job is on hold until the dust settles, leaving Holden stunned. Cane feels like a fool for vouching for Billy in the first place, and once the two men leave, Lily returns to ask Holden a simple question: is he with her in this fight or not.

Nate Hastings Gets a Second Chance in the Operating Room

At his penthouse, Nate meets with Stephanie Simmons and tells her he has decided to try the surgery that could fix his hand for good. When she asks what changes his mind, he tells her plainly that she does, crediting her passion for helping Malcolm with reigniting his own.

Stephanie sets him up with a surgeon friend for a consultation and tells him how badly Memorial wants him back. Nate makes her grilled cheese, explains that cooking becomes his outlet after he loses the ability to operate, and the two joke their way through the rest of the evening before he asks her out to a game.
