Jack Abbott Tries to Buy Billy Abbott a New Life
Nikki Newman corners Billy Abbott at Crimson Lights and comes in swinging, accusing him of turning Katherine into some deadbeat so he can seize Chancellor for himself. Billy insists he only wants to protect her legacy, but Nikki isn’t having it. She calls him the worst person to run that company, full stop, and walks off without waiting for a rebuttal.
Rattled but unbothered, Billy calls Sally Spectra to check in and offers to bring her a fussy oat milk drink. She’s already sipping one at the cafรฉ, waiting on their wedding planner, which tells you exactly how invested Billy still is in pretending Chancellor isn’t eating him alive.
Back at Jabot, Jack Abbott and Diane Jenkins roll in from Tahiti still glowing, though Jack is limping from that centipede bite. The two are kissing it up and wondering if anyone has ever found their message in a bottle, until Billy Abbott crashes the reunion and admits he’s happy to see them looking so soft on each other again.
Diane steps out for a meeting, leaving Billy Abbott to confess that Lily Winters tried to make him grovel for Chancellor, and that Sally’s scare pushed him to back off, at least until the baby arrives. Jack Abbott tells him to make it permanent. Billy won’t budge, certain the law and his father’s legacy are both on his side.
Jack Abbott calls his brother strong, creative, and passionate, then offers him a small fortune to build a brand-new company that’s entirely his own. Billy scoffs that Jack doesn’t get it. Everyone already expects him to drive himself off a cliff, and Chancellor is the one thing that could prove them wrong.
Jack pushes him to fix things with Jill and let the past stay buried, and even offers to partner with him directly. Billy won’t hear it, certain their father meant for the brothers to run this stretch of Young and the Restless spoilers together all along. He stomps out the second the wedding planner texts him, Chancellor still very much alive in his back pocket.

Victoria Newman Recruits Her Own Mother for a Cosmetics War
Victoria Newman corners Audra Charles demanding movement on the Vibrante patents, and Audra wants something more interesting than money: an exclusivity deal chaining Vibrante’s ads to Spectra-Charles alone. Victoria calls the ask outrageous, and Audra saunters off telling her to talk to her lawyer instead.
Nikki joins her daughter, skeptical Vibrante can ever outshine Jabot but intrigued anyway. Victoria admits she is dusting off the same PR campaign that flopped for Audra, only now Jabot is playing along too. When Kyle Abbottwanders in, Nikki does not miss the way her daughter’s eyes track him across the room.
Victoria asks Nikki to run Vibrante outright. Nikki agrees on one condition: the PR stunt dies first. Victoria stalls on answering and instead asks whether her mother is still ready to go head to head with Jack, watching Kyle leave with an expression that has nothing to do with cosmetics.
Sally Spectra Gets Talked Into a Gatsby Wedding
At the Chancellor Park Cafรฉ, Audra tells Sally Spectra she has landed an interview with Sally’s favorite rock god and confirms Pietro is coming to talk wedding logistics. Audra also drops that she is letting the Vibrante patents go without much of a fight, insisting she has genuinely moved on from the toxicity.
Sally is proud of her, and the two agree they are both living the dream of sticking it to the Newmans in their own ways. When Pietro arrives, he pitches a Mondrian-themed wedding with Charles-and-Diana-level pageantry, and Billy vetoes it before Sally can react.
Pietro pivots to an atomic-age theme, referencing their old retro launch party, and Billy still is not sold. He caves the second Pietro floats a Gatsby wedding instead, and the planner promises them a night nobody in Genoa City will forget.
