Sally Spectra Tries to Reason With the Unreasonable

At Society, Audra Charles gushes about her expansion plans before Sally Spectra stops her cold with the actual news: Victor’s coming for their company. Audra thinks the man needs a hobby, but she’s not naive enough to think he’ll skip the fight. They debate whether Adam will actually turn on his father, with Audra deeply skeptical of both Adam and Chelsea, while Sally insists her ex knows what he owes her and won’t back out.

At the ranch, Victor Newman doesn’t waste a second on pleasantries once the women arrive, announcing flatly that their company won’t exist by tomorrow because he’s taking back what was stolen. Sally corrects him: they absorbed it, they didn’t steal it. Semantics don’t move Victor an inch.

Sally tries anyway, offering him what’s left of Newman Media to avoid an ugly, costly fight nobody actually needs. Victor calls the offer reasonable, then informs her he doesn’t need to be reasonable, and he certainly doesn’t need to pay for something that already belongs to him. Sally warns him he could lose his own family over this. Victor shrugs that off too, laughing in her face, because apparently nothing rattles this man except the idea of not winning.

Does Sally actually stand a chance against Victor, or is this fight already over before it started? Send your predictions to amber@soapoperamagazine.com, we live for chaos like this.

Nick Newman Opens Up About Feeling Powerless

At the ranch, Nick Newman tells his father that Adam and Chelsea deserve a shot at building something new, but Victor calls the whole idea a waste of time, insisting he doesn’t care whether Sally gets hurt in the process. He needs justice, apparently, and blames Chelsea for having too much influence over Adam in the first place.

The conversation shifts when Victor asks how Nick’s really doing. Nick admits it’s not easy, but he’s getting stronger, and the harder struggle right now is feeling powerless over his career rather than his sobriety. Handing control of Newman Enterprises to Victoria clearly stings more than he expected, and he needs structure and routine to keep himself steady. Nikki Newman backs her son up, and Victor grudgingly agrees to think it over before making an excuse to walk off and take calls, leaving Nick and Nikki to talk through how much Victor still resents her for reaching out to Jack.

Claire Newman and Victoria Newman Honor Cole’s Memory

At the tack house, Claire Newman lays out pigs in a blanket and pork rinds, Cole’s old favorites, for the anniversary of his death. She and Victoria Newman trade memories, laugh over old photos, and wonder aloud how happy he’d be if he were still around. Claire briefly wonders if she should check in on Kyle, even though they’ve both clearly moved on.

The conversation drifts toward moving on for real. Claire asks if her mom’s considered anyone else. Victoria rules out anything romantic with Nate, calls Holden ambiguous progress at best, and admits she isn’t ready to think seriously about anyone new. They laugh through a burnt casserole and welcome Nick and Nikki in for anniversary tuna casserole, though the mood shifts fast once someone brings up Neil and Adam’s history, a comparison that visibly rattles Victoria.

Does Sally Actually Get Through to Victor, Or Is Newman Media About to Go Down in Flames?

Victor’s laughing off every offer Sally makes, which says more about him than her. He’s decided this fight is worth losing his own family over, and that’s the real story here, not the business dispute on the surface. Sally’s trying reason, Victor’s just trying to win.
