Where in the world is Nick and Adam’s son on Young and the Restless? No one knows, including the Newman brothers themselves, who share dual-dad-ship with Christian Newman.
At this point, what is the point of Christian on Y&R? He never really had a storyline of his own, and now fans see him about as often as Mrs. Martinez at the Abbott Estate. Make this kid make sense!

Christian Newman’s Deceased Mother and His Two Fathers
Let’s flashback for a moment. Christian’s mother is the late Sage Warner (Kelly Sullivan). Not uncommon on Y&R, Sage found herself sleeping with both Newman brothers within a short period of time. See also, Sally Spectra(Courtney Hope).
Anyway, long story short, Adam (then played by Justin Hartley) knocked Sage up when she was with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). Sage died, and the Newman brothers settled their paternity drama after her body was cold, with Nick claiming Christian and raising him as his own.
But where exactly is Christian now? Well, isn’t that special?
Out of Sight, Occasionally on Nick’s Mind
Nick mentions his son, but he never actually brings him anywhere. So, where’s Christian? It’s been mentioned that he has a nanny. It’s also been mentioned that his big sister, Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster), watches him. What about boarding school? Isn’t that where ALL Newman children go at some point? Perhaps not this one.
When Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) was in the hospital in L.A., Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) visited and brought along a picture that Christian had made for him. The picture was shown on screen, unlike Christian himself, and per that artwork, it seems like Christian is just 4-5 years old. COVID was five years ago. Christian Newman is OLDER than COVID for sure!
Too bad Nick doesn’t know where his son is or how old he is, either.
Also, where’s Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) on this? Does biological dad Adam ever ask about this kid? Apparently not!
Christian Newman’s Long Shot Caregiver: The Legendary Miguel
If Christian isn’t with Nick, isn’t with a nanny, isn’t with Faith, and isn’t at boarding school, he might be with Miguel. Remember Miguel (Anthony Pena)? He was the Newman family butler at the Ranch for many, many years.
Miguel has since faded away from our screens, but there’s no indication that he has passed away. Could it be that Miguel is taking proper care of young Christian so his father, Nick, can carry on doing Nick Newman things? Someone has to watch this kid while his dual dads are busy with their romantic dramas!
Also, what if Miguel is spending time here and there with Mrs. Martinez? She would make both Miguel and young Christian very happy. At least SOMEONE in Genoa City would be paying attention to this poor, forgotten Newman heir.
