Lily Winters & Amy Lewis Have Dirty Hands & Words for Cane Ashby
Amanda Sinclair has disabled the signal jammers & now Cane Ashby’s guests can phone home. Lily Winters phoned home as soon as she could to share with her cousin Nate Hastings that his new half-brother, Damian Kane, had been killed in the South of France. Cane Ashby supposedly feels guilty as it was his assistant, Carter, who threw one of Cane’s daggers into Damian’s back & killed him.
What if Amy Lewis never sought out to reconnect with her son Damian & he never arrived in Genoa City & met the Winters family? What if Lily Winters didn’t use Damian to make Cane jealous in the South of France? Might Damian still be alive on Young & the Restless?
If Only Damian Kane Hadn’t Landed in Genoa City…
Well, he might not be dead. Young & the Restless fans remember Damian Kane’s (Jermaine Rivers) mother, Amy Lewis (Valerie Pettiford), seeking out Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) for help to find Damian. Eventually, he obliged & for not more than 10 minutes, had a new half-brother.
Not only has Nate helped Amy reconnect with her son Damian, but he’s also helped her find another cancer treatment which is working well for her. If Amy hadn’t reached out to Nate, she probably would be dead & never would have reconnected with her son. Regardless, Amy did reach out to Nate & her son is dead & if things continue to trend on Young & the Restless with killing people off, Amy’s cancer is about to relapse & she will be dead as well.
Damian Crushed on Lily, Lily Crushed Back Too Late
Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) had her nose where it didn’t belong as it pertained to Nate’s half-brother Damian. Yes, he worked for Aristotle Dumas, who has been revealed to be Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn), blah…blah…blah. Lily didn’t trust Damian from the start & would not stop interrogating him. She even went to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), who had recently just screwed her over with the help of his wife, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), when they acquired Chancellor Industries from Jill Abbott (Jess Walton). Lily seriously would not stop & it pissed her cousin, Nate Hastings, right off.
Damian had a crush on Lily from day 1, when he bumped into her at Society when he arrived in Genoa City. Lily damn well knew this & carried on. Then, all of a sudden, they are in the South of France with the finest of everything except for cell phone signal, & the hook up. Yes, kisses in front of Cane. Then hooking up in Lily’s train car suite thing, & then more kissing in front of Cane.
No, Cane did not personally kill Damian Kane, but this killing would not have been made possible without this stupid trip to the South of France & all of the circumstances he installed & controlled for his guests.
