TL;DR: Jack Abbott is at the center of everything in The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of March 16, torn between Diane Jenkins and Patty Williams while the people who love him are racing to find him. Victor Newman is doing what Victor Newman does, Adam Newman is heading somewhere dangerous, and Genoa City only gets three days this week before March Madness takes over.
This Week in Genoa City
Jack Abbott has been on that yacht long enough for things to go very, very wrong, and this week on The Young and the Restless, the fallout from what happened with Patty Williams is about to collide head-on with Diane Jenkins closing in on his location. Nikki Newman already knows there is a woman on that boat with him. Traci Abbott already heard it out loud. And Diane is already running down that hallway. Meanwhile, Victor Newman is protecting his empire with the kind of energy that tells you he knows exactly how exposed he is, and Adam Newman is heading back into a world that has never been good for him, for the sake of his brother.

Monday, March 16
Victor Newman goes to considerable lengths to make sure Newman Enterprises stays standing, which is either admirable or terrifying depending on where you sit in that family. Chelsea Lawson watches Adam head back toward a version of himself she has spent a long time hoping he had left behind, and she is worried in a way that is hard to talk him out of. Nikki Newman goes to Traci Abbott looking for answers about Jack, armed with information that Traci was not prepared to hear. And Jack Abbott finds himself caught between two women in a situation that has no clean way out.
Tuesday, March 17
Jack Abbott manages to drive a wedge between Victor and Nikki, which is either a calculated move or simply the natural consequence of Victor’s choices catching up with him. Nate Hastings puts Cane Ashby on notice, and given everything Cane has been carrying lately, that conversation is not going to be a comfortable one. Diane Jenkins makes a bold move at home, and whatever she has decided, she has clearly decided it completely.
Wednesday, March 18
Nick Newman needs help and Adam Newman goes the extra mile to make sure he gets it, which says everything about where these two brothers stand right now. Lauren Fenmore has news for Phyllis Summers that Phyllis was not expecting, and knowing these two, the conversation that follows is going to be anything but quiet. Sally Spectra pushes Billy Abbott toward making things right with Jill Abbott, because somebody has to.
Thursday, March 19 and Friday, March 20
The Young and the Restless will not air Thursday or Friday this week. Both days are preempted for NCAA March Madness, which is a yearly preemption. The show returns Monday, March 23.
