PHYLLIS SUMMERS KISSED CANE ASHBY AND THEN CHLOROFORMED HIM ON THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS

TL;DR: Phyllis Summers told Cane Ashby she understood why he needed to give Newman Enterprises back to Victor Newman on The Young and the Restless. She said family comes first. She kissed him passionately. And then she pulled out a chloroform-soaked rag and knocked him unconscious so she could steal everything for herself. PHYLLIS SUMMERS IS UNHINGED AND WE ARE OBSESSED.

Phyllis Summers Just Pulled the Heist of the Century

Cane Ashby was ready to do the right thing. Victor Newman threatened his family. Lily and the kids are being held somewhere. Cane called his attorney Amanda to draw up the paperwork to transfer Newman Enterprises back to Victor. He called his IT team to destroy the AI program.

He was giving it all back to save his family.

And then Phyllis Summers walked in.

She sat down. She smiled. She told Cane she understood — family comes first. She said she would rather lose Newman Enterprises than lose him. She told him his faith in her was “hot and sexy.”

And then she kissed him passionately, pushed him onto the bed, pulled a chloroform-soaked rag out of her pocket, and held it over his face until he passed out.

PHYLLIS SUMMERS IS NOT GIVING ANYTHING BACK.

Billy Abbott Is in on It

Billy Abbott walked into that train car right after Phyllis knocked Cane out.

He knew. He was part of the plan the entire time.

Billy went to the Newman Ranch and told Victor that Cane was planning to gut Newman Enterprises before handing it back. He said it was revenge for Cane and Phyllis screwing him over. He said he wanted to protect Lily and the kids.

It was all a distraction. While Victor and the Newmans were busy trying to figure out what Cane was supposedly planning, Phyllis was chloroforming the man and stealing everything.

Billy made a deal with Phyllis: he gets Chancellor, Sally Spectra gets Newman Media, and Phyllis gets everything else Newman-related transferred into her name.

The Newmans have no idea what just hit them.

Victor Newman Knows Something Is Wrong

Victor is not stupid. After Billy left the ranch, he told his family he knows Phyllis or Cane are up to something — he just does not know what.

Victoria thinks Billy was trying to distract them. Nick is going to shake Phyllis down for information. Victoria is going to confront Cane.

But they are already too late. Cane is unconscious on a bed in his train car, and Phyllis is transferring ownership of everything Newman-related into her own name as they speak.

By the time the Newmans figure out what happened, it will be done.

Mariah Copeland Is Taking Dominic to Another Country

Meanwhile, Detective Burrow has a lead on Mariah Copeland and Dominic. They were spotted at a gas station in Oklahoma, heading west on Route 66.

Abby and Devon are taking the Winters jet out west to set up a base of operations closer to Mariah. Sharon is coming with them.

But Mariah just told Dominic at a diner that there has been a change of plans. She thought of a new place to show him — “the best hideout in the world.” She is taking him to a whole different country.

Dominic asked if they are going to France. Mariah said it is closer than that. They should be there in a day or so.

She is headed for the border. And Abby, Devon, and Sharon have no idea.
