Phyllis Summers Gets Dragged by Everyone
It’s not a great day for Phyllis Summers, and honestly? We’re cackling. First, Chelsea spots her at Crimson Lights looking way too pleased with herself over the Newman attack and decides to knock her down a few pegs. Chelsea literally quotes BIBLE VERSES at her about pride coming before a fall. Proverbs 16:18, to be exact. When Chelsea Lawson is hitting you with scripture, you KNOW you’ve messed up.
Phyllis brushes it off with her usual smirk, but she’s not done getting roasted. Daniel shows up next and goes OFF on his mom for attacking Victor Newman’s company. Phyllis Summers expects her own son to be happy for her big win, but Daniel refuses to celebrate her destroying a family business. The audacity of wanting your mother to have morals!
She storms off to Cane’s train car to lick her wounds and complain about being “schooled by Chelsea Lawson of all people.” But even THERE she can’t escape bad news. Cane drops that he offered Billy the chance to run Chancellor, and Phyllis Summers is shook. She warns him this is messy and HE’LL be the one paying for the fallout. When Phyllis thinks your scheme is too chaotic, you should probably listen.

Victor Newman Catches Jack and Nikki in a Compromising Moment
Oh, you are NOT ready for this one. Nikki invites Jack over to the ranch to decompress about the whole Matt Clark nightmare finally being over. She’s grateful for his friendship, he’s being supportive, they bond over their shared sobriety journey… and then they HUG.
Innocent? Absolutely. But guess who picks THAT exact moment to stroll through the door? Victor Newman. And the look on his face when he sees his wife wrapped up in Jack Abbott’s arms? PRICELESS. We all know how Victor feels about Jack getting anywhere near Nikki, so this is about to get UGLY.
Nikki had just finished telling Jack how Newman Enterprises could lose everything and how she feels like she’s failed Katherine by losing Chancellor. Jack was being a good friend! But try explaining that to Victor when he’s already seeing red.
Sally Spectra Goes to War for Billy’s Soul
Sally is on a MISSION to save Billy from himself. She storms into Cane’s train car demanding to know why he’s dangling Chancellor in front of Billy like a carrot. Cane fires back that Sally is the one forcing Billy to choose between who he really is and what he wants.
Later, Sally confronts Billy at home. He gets all nostalgic about protecting Katherine’s legacy, and Sally asks the question of the day: “Even if it destroys you?” Billy swears his demons are gone thanks to her, but Sally knows Cane has an agenda.
The Abbott Brothers Face Off
Jack is NOT having it with Billy’s Chancellor temptation. When Billy admits Cane made the offer, Jack calls his brother a selfish disaster waiting to happen. “You want what you want and everybody else be damned,” Jack snaps. Billy tries defending himself, but Jack points out that if he wasn’t planning to take the job, he would’ve already said no.
Daniel and Tessa Keep the Flame Burning
Daniel and Tessa are still very much a thing. After Daniel vents about his mom’s nonsense, Tessa shares her own struggles with her divorce and custody filing. These two confess they can’t stop thinking about each other, and they seal it with a kiss.
